auf needrom ist gerade eine cm12.1 für's 980+ im umlauf:
ROM Cyanogenmod 12.1 | [Custom] add the 12/03/2015 on Needrom
scheinbar gibt es laut post #9 noch ein paar bugs:
"Bugs:
USSD works not with all operators;
Microphone does not works with some applications, but view original post at 4pda (link above);
When calling, Vol- switch your SIMs off, need reboot after that;
Battery drain so powerful for me and device burning =)
YouTube videos lag at beginning and only 360p quality.
So many bugz with cm12.1, but fixing in progress, not by me =P
