Schritt für Schritt?
- Turn off phone.
- Connect USB cable (to power supply or PC).
- Wait until the battery charging animation disappears and the screen turns off.
- Press and hold the volume-up button.
- Press and hold the power button.
- Hold both buttons for a few seconds until TWRP boots (you have flashed it already, right?).
- Touch the "Reboot" button in TWRP.
- It should automatically detect that the su binary (root) is not installed. Swipe to install it.
- Reboot phone.
- Use the SuperSU stub that TWRP installed to install the proper SuperSU app from the Play Store.
- If you're running the Marsapa firmware, you're done. If you're running the Zopo firmware, you'll need Kinguser as SuperSU doesn't work properly. In that case, install Kinguser, go to its settings and make sure that "Backup Root Permission" is enabled there. Then uninstall SuperSU. Or just flash the boot.img from the Marsapa firmware, then SuperSU might work (haven't tested it).
