You are more than welcome to use any of MY images from this theme. However if you do use any of MY images please don't be a pirate, show some consideration and respect for the people who spend their spare time on various projects and ask, or at least give credit

Intro:

Basically i wanted a big, bright, colourful theme to get the most out of my SAMOLED screen. What is the point using a theme containing just 2 colours, black and white, when the screen has 16Million colours!!!. Sure you might get slightly better battery life but that's what chargers are for. You don't get a dog and bark yourself, or eat a tea bag and drink the hot water. Same as you dont buy a supercar and drive everywhere at 30mph, so why not maximise your screen display and let the beast off the leash.

Whilst trying to create widgets to tie in with the theme i ended up creating something similar to esk02k's from his clear glass theme here, except his look much better,

damn you esk.

Also as this theme is nearing completion ive decided to change the WIP name from john doe to Phone Candy, hope you like it and thanks to the people who suggested names.

**The universal theme is highly recommended**

There will be some images i've missed or forgotten!!. If you find any bugs let me know (prefably with a screenshot) and i'll try fix it ASAP.

I've tried to theme "everyday apps", so far the following has been edited/modified:

To apply the metamorph theme follow the instructions below:

1. Install metamorph (link in second post)
2. Install BusyBox if required (link in second post)
3. Download the morph file
4. Run metamorph
5. Choose "extract new theme" and navigate to the saved destination and click john doe**
6. After it finishes unzipping Choose "pick existing theme",
click john doe**/john doe.xml
7. Apply options ONE AT A TIME in case of random reboot, if you get a force close, reboot and carry on where you left off
8. Reboot
9. Enjoy.



You can also just apply the things you like, for example if you only like the "dialer" then just apply "Contacts" and "Phone"

Finally:

Always try to apply themes on a fresh Rom install.
Most importantly.......... Enjoy.

*Boot into recovery
*Choose install zip
*Locate and flash.

Please note that it can take some time to install depending on the number of items.

It will also create a log and backup in sdcard/universal themes/ which can be flashed via CWM recovery to restore previous setup.

Here is how to gain a new battery using UOT kitchen:

1. Get your "framework-res.apk", there are many methods to do this, i'll let you pick one.
2. Go HERE and click the "file upload" tab, select "system files" and upload your framework-res.apk. To avoid problems please us a CLEAN framework-res.apk
3. Now click the "battery" tab, check "use this mod", click "Custom battery", any of these styles will modify your framework to give you 100 charging and 100 discharging images.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select a charging animation style, I would reccomend hybrid.
5. Click the "summary" tab and "submit work to kitchen"
6. Wait for the kitchen to cook your files then flash your new framework from CWM
7. Once flashed you can then flash the Universal theme on top.
8. Enjoy esk's battery mod

@increpidix du hast in deinem Phone entweder den TwLauncher voncom.sec.android.app und einen TwLauncher von samsung.tw4.nextgen beide bieten ein anderes Design und dieses Theme ist auf eine Rom abgestimmt die beide TWs beinhaltet oder du kauft oder installierst zusätzlich noch GoLauncher ect.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, sowas ähnliches hab ich mir gedacht. Ich hab bei mir die Criskelo ROM drauf und nutze den ADW Launcher EX. [For All TW ROMs] bedeutet dann also lediglich, dass das Theme mit sämtlichen TW-Launchern kompatibel ist, darüber hinaus aber auch mit alternativen Launchern, richtig?

@Masta_Gee alles schön und gut das Theme aber es gibt einen Fehler/ meldung wenn ich ein Bild/ Anhang mit gmail versenden möchte. Wenn ich mit screen capture ein Bild mache und es liegt in der Galarie und ich nun bei gmal den Anhang einfügen möchte dann verweist mich natürlich gmal auf die Galarie und wenn ich aufs Photo klicke kommt...gmal wurde unerwartet...blabla, also geht nicht als Anhang über zu gmail. Liegt evtl. an der gemoddeten apk.???
Kannst du das mal checken!!!

Habe es mir auch einmal installiert, schönes Theme.
Was mich nur ein wenig stört, ist bei manchen Buttons, die weiße Schrift auf dem doch sehr hellen Hintergrund, manchmal schwer zu lesen.

@Dr.Franz genau wie bei der ersten ICS Version, wo man nicht mal die Pineingabe gesehen hat, ansonsten schönes Theme aber es wird überall an den kursierenden Themes etwas abgeschnitten und anders wieder eingebaut.

Es lohnt sich bald nicht mehr....also Rom drauf und ein Theme auswählen was einem gefällt und den Ansprüchen gerecht wird, denn ansonsten bist du ja jeden Tag mit diesem Flashen von >Morgends< >bis abends< beschäftigt nur finden tust du nie das richtige wenn man jeden Tag etwas austauscht, ändert usw. ist genauso mit der Kernel Geschichte, der eine so, der andere so, der andere feilt bis sich die Balken biegen....und eine Woche später sieht man das derjenige der vorher noch geprahlt hat mit seinen Akkuwerten, plötzlich wieder einen anderen Kernel hat und darauf schwört....Jedem das seine natürlich...!!!!...Man muss wirklich aufpassen, dass man darin nicht gefangen wird in diesem Strudel....Kommt eine neue Version der Rom die ich benutze, dann wird Upgedatet und Ende im Gelände.

EDIT: MEINE PERSÖNLICHE MEINUNG ZU DEM GANZEN!!!

Die Verführungen sind aber täglich da und irgendwann juckt es so stark in den Fingern, dass man seinen Vorsätzen doch wieder untreu wird, und halt flasht.

@Dr.Franz der Schweinehund kann nur besiegt werden wenn man für sich das richtige Gerüst gefunden hat, nur täglich irgendwelchen Theme drüber zu nageln und dies und das macht einen auch Blind und wie schon gesagt, finden tut man nichts...ausser das es vielleicht Spass macht. Das Gerüst ist immer das gleiche wenn du dir mal die SystemUI anschaust und bekanntlich ist weniger eben mehr...
