der gute herr sony suporter meinte gerade die mtp treiber müssen aktuell sein.

hatten wir da schon angesetzt?

versuch das mal:

MTP driver issue solution

I have been unable to connect my Xperia P to the computer (OS: Win7 x64) for over a month. Every time I tried to connect via USB, the MTP driver installation process started and said "failed to install" after a while, therefore the PCC cannot even detect my phone. I am sure it is not the problem of my computer because I have tried different computers with Win7 x64 and PCC installed but all failed, while my wife's Xperia neo successfully connects to these computers in MTP mode.

But this annoying bug got solved accidentally today. All I have done is:
1. Turn on the USB debugging mode.
2. Turn off the phone.
3. Connect the phone to the computer via USB, and the computer says that USB Mass Storage connected (You know that the NXT phones doesn't have the MSC mode).
4. Turn on the phone, and it starts installing the MTP driver again. Although I am preparing to get another failing message as repeated many times in the past month, this time the driver is installed successfully!

I don't know if the step 1 is necessary because I turned off the USB debugging mode after step 4 and the connection still works. Since I have seen a lot of discussions about failed MTP connection in the past days, I think you may try my solution. Good luck!

kennst du niemand der nen xp oder vista rechner hat?

xp ist zwar etwas störrisch, weil es den companion und sus haben will, aber es geht.

vista, hatte ich nur den companio drauf, in den usb debugging aktiviert und die treiber kamen von allein ausm netz

Hartnäckiges Problem das du da hast.

Also an Win7 x64 kanns glaub nicht liegen denn ich hab mein XT damit auch erfolgreich gerootet.
Treiber usw. wurden beim ersten anstecken automatisch mit Sony Companion installiert.

So nun eine kleine bitte an dich und zwar:Mach bitte mal einen Screenshot von deinem XT wenn du im Menü > Einstellungen > Über das Telefon bist. Und poste ihn bitte hier.
(Screenshot machst du wenn du die Power + Lautstärke nach unten Taste gleichzeitig drückst.)

Poste bitte mal aus dem Flashtool die logs wenn du USB-Debugging an und einmal wenn du es aus hast.

Versuch bitte das Flashtool auch mal als Administrator auszuführen.

Damit kommen wir dann vielleicht eher drauf was das Porblem bei dir ist.
