How to flash BinDroid?

1. Download ROM from www.bindroidroms.com and save to the root of your SD Card
2. Boot you Gtab into ClockworkMod Recovery
3. Select "install zip from sdcard"
4. Select "choose zip from sdcard" and choose BinDroid_Rom.zip
5. Reboot

Apps on Screen:

• Launcher: Go Launcher HD
• Icons/app above NavBar: LaunchX Pro

Scrambled Screen on boot
This happens because the rom zipaligns apk's on boot.

Can I use a custom kernel
The TouchWiz kernel from pershoot is compatible with this rom
​

I have less RAM on this rom
This rom has ALL apps that come from the original rom, and has a few more extra apps added.
This might be why you have a bit less RAM.

Why does this rom have so mush free space on the "system" partition
The rom is installed with an advanced file system.
All apps are placed on "data" partition, and then use a symlink to the original place.

Hallo,
wo finde ich den TouchWiz kernel von pershoot?
Ich habe den neusten kernel von pershoot geflasht, aber da funktioniert das wlan nicht.

Der funzt nicht. Es gibt noch keinen Custom Kernel. Beim off. ICS wird ein 3.11er benutzt, beim alten HC kam noch der gammelige 2.6.36er zum Einsatz. Wenn es einen geben würde hätteste den schon hier im Forum gefunden.

Jupp. Pershoot werkelt aber schon dran. Der Source Code wurde ja gestern von Samsung rausgehauen. Wird hoffentlich nicht mehr so lange dauern.

Hab es heute Mittag geflasht und bis jetzt läuft es mal nicht schlecht. Die cam funzt auch wieder. Konnte noch keine ruckler oder sonst was feststellen. Bin zufrieden damit. Wenn noch ein custom Kernel kommt mit dem man übertakten kann ist es perfekt. Das einzigste was man erwähnen kann ist dass es nicht lädt wenn es mit dem PC verbunden ist. Aber das wird sich auch noch ändern. Stört mich aber auch nicht wirklich.

Naja laden tut es schon, nur sehr sehr langsam. Denke das sich das erste ändert wenn Pershoot sein 3.11er Kernel fertig hat. Dann baut man die Tweaks sicher ins ROM ein.
