Was geht denn beim Walkman nicht?

Bis auf Updaten hab ich noch keinen Fehler entdeckt

Das sieht gut aus . Was ich nicht hinbekomme, ist, dass es "out of the box" aus der Rom-zip heraus läuft. Denke, dass man eventuell was von Samsung überschreiben muss (Sound, Libs etc.). Manuelles Installieren nach dem Setup funzt für mich.

Zusammengefasst: Habe mir zwar mittlerweile einiges an Wissen angelesen, aber zum Rom-Basteln fehlt doch noch zu viel

Die Zips kopieren die Daten nur rein. Da wird nichts gelöscht etc.
Müsste eigentlich ohne Probleme gehen.

Für mich reicht das ja auch so
Ist ja nur das Sony Theme was sowieso nur geflasht wird.

Wenn ich Zeit habe, teste ich das mal eingebaut.

Ganz deiner Meinung....

Momentan in einer Depriphase habe ich festgestellt, dass mein Xperiament für MICH noch nicht realisierbar ist. Ketan hat ein Jahr gebraucht bis zu seinem ersten Custom-Rom und ich hab gemeint, ich kann es nach 6 Monaten.... naja, werde mich mal eingehender mit Root und Pre-Root beschäftigen und dann weitersehen.....

Ich denke das der Ketan Vorkenntnisse mit Java oder was weiß ich hatte.
Bei dem was er da alles rausbringt ist es schwer vorstellbar das er vor einem Jahr bei Null angefangen hat.

Er ist herausragend talentiert und als Mediziner wird er mE nicht so viel an Vorkenntnissen mitgebracht haben. Er wird auch laufend besser und besser, findet stets Lösungen für neu auftretende Probleme. KK-Kernel greift er gar nicht an..... also ein Schwachpunkt?

Ja Talent hat er auf jedenfall.
Das mit Preroot war eine permission Geschichte. Eigentlich simpel aber niemand außer der Doc hat es hinbekommen.
Ist er denn wirklich Mediziner?

Mal ne Anfängerfrage ..
Wie erkenne ich ob ich einen Permissive Kernel habe ?
Ist er permissive wenn SeLinux nicht mehr vorhanden ist ?

Habe etwas am Kernel gespielt und aus Spaß ein Benchmark gemacht. Ist das normal bei der Slimline?
Kann das jemand mal testen?

Ich habe auch über 25 000, allerdings nur knapp, aber meine Slimline ist auch nicht "sauber"
