Wer das noch nicht kennt, sollte es vielleicht mal testen.
Ich war dem Dev schon beim SGS I treu und habe beste Erfahrungen damit gemacht.
Dies hat den Vorteil, dass man schnell flasht und anschließend das Smartphone als Smartphone nutzen kann (und nicht immer rumbasteln muss).
Es gibt zwar immer jede Menge Updates, aber diese sind ja auch gleich immer wieder installiert.
Ich mache immer Nandroid-Backups und behalte die beiden Vorgängerversionen im Zugriff (für alle Fälle).

Hi,
ich finde das ROM rein optisch sehr gelungen. Hab es aktuell auch auf dem S1 drauf. Aber wenn ich die schnelligkeit und die stabilität des ROMs auf beiden Geräten vergleiche, dann sind beim S2 noch einige verbesserungen nötig. Von der Akkulaufzeit ganz zu schweigen. Der gemoddete TwLauncher ist sehr nice, aber verursacht bei mir oft FCs und macht das system bei längerer nutzung langsam (liegt wohl noch am beta stadium des landscape modus).
Hab das ROM 2 mal frisch geflashed. Was leider nichts gebracht hat.

Aber ist ja noch recht frisch
Wenn das ganze ein wenig stabiler wird, wäre es für mich durchaus ein ROM das mal länger als 2 Tage drauf bleibt.

Da ich SPB 3D als Launcher nutze, waren vielleicht bisher keine FCs zu vernehmen. Akku-LZ ist bei mir mindestens auf Litening-Niveau. RAM-Verbrauch hingegen nach dem Start liegt bei mir etwa 50 - 60 MB geringer.

Ja, könnte mir durchaus vorstellen das der Launcher die schwachstelle in dem ROM ist. Hab ihn aber dieses mal bewusst nicht durch ADW oder GoLauncher ersetzt, weil ich ihn so, mal länger als 10 min. anschauen konnte
Ob der Launcher auch für den hohen akkuverbrauch verantwortlich sein kann, weiss ich nicht?! Aber von 100 auf 20% in ~12 std. hab ich mit anderen ROMs noch nicht geschafft (mit vergleichbarer Nutzung)
Auffällig waren dabei die AOS und Android-System Werte. Naja mal abwarten wie sich das noch entwickelt.
Vieleicht hat ja jemand Lust das ROM mit verschiedenen Launcher im vergleich zu testen Ich hab schon wieder was anderes laufen.

Hab die ROM auch gerade drauf, weil sie sich interessant gelesen hat. Macht bis jetzt wirklich einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Bis jetzt sehr stabil und auch kein Ruckeln wie bei SkyROM oder Litening. Auch die Optik ist mal richtig lecker. Da hat man gar keine Lust, nen extra Theme zu installieren. Habe auch erstmal den modifizierten TWLauncher drauf gelassen. Hat viele interessante Features und läuft gut.

Zur Akkulaufzeit kann ich noch nicht viel sagen. Bei mir ist die durch alle ROMs sowieso durchgehend schlecht, von daher achte ich jetzt mehr darauf, dass die Laufzeit wenigstens stabil und zuverlässig ist^^. Werde die ROM erstmal drauf lassen und weiter testen.

Also die v3 lief bei mir deutlich besser als die v1 (da hatte ich viele FCs und extrem akku drain). Hab jetzt vor paar std. die v4 drüber gebügelt und konnte zumindest noch nichts negatives feststellen. Hat schon jemand einen alternativen Kernel mit der v4 getestet? evtl. den Ninphetamin.

@picard47: Komisch - mir geht's ganz genauso. Ich möchte derzeit auch kein Extra-Theme installieren. Das Beste: Es ist kein zusätzliches Blau dabei

Der alte Markt ist einer der Gründe warum ich dir ROM so mag^^. Der neue laggt bei mir einfach nur. Das PowerMenü wird ja gerade eingefügt. Da scheinen viele Modder bei der XXKG2 Schwieirgkeiten zu haben, weil der Code recht unterschiedlich sein soll.

Und jup. Das Standard-Theme sieht klasse aus. Das ist die erste ROM, bei welcher ich zurzeit kein Jucken in den Fingern habe, eine andere auszuprobieren.

Was ich richtig Sch.... bei dem neuen Markt finde ist, dass die Bewertungen zeitlich einfach durcheinandergewürfelt sind. So hat man eigentlich keine Chance, die neuesten Bewertungen gebündelt zu lesen.

Ich liebe diese ROM wirkklich. Mit Version 4 Final ist sie schon wieder ein Stück näher der Perfektion gerückt. Kein Ruckeln, keine Freezes, tolle Features und sinnvolle Modifikationen. Akzeptable Akkulaufzeit. Und sie sieht verdammt gut aus.

Hab jetzt die v4 geflasht Rom läuft soweit super keine FC´s ect. wie in xda einige User schreiben.

Edit: Ein problem hab ich, undzwar zeigt er meine eigenen Bilder leider viel zu gross im Homescreen an.

Mit dem criskelo backrounds und den originalen stimmt alles.
