Hab das Sprachpaket von Andy25 über Galnet v6.0 installiert. Läuft sehr gut, bisher keine FC oder sonstiges. Unter Telefoninfo haben sich allerdings paar Dinge geändert, als Build-Nummer steht jetzt MIUI 1.7.22. Auch das Bootlogo ist von MIUI Germany.

Dachte mir auch das ein Fullwipe unnötig ist. Hab nur den Dalvik Cache gewiped. System und Cache formatiert Galnet's MIUI ja selbstständig, danach Sprachpaket und anderes Modem drüber geflasht und das Ding läuft bisher einwandfrei.

nichts gegen galnet & co aber wieso müssen die immer in jeder version die boot animation ändern. ohne jetzt die neue zu kennen, die miui boot animation ist eigentlich garnicht zu toppen.

Ja, Blueeyes, das sehe ich auch so wie du. Aber wer hier keine Arbeit hat, macht sich halt welche. Einerseits verstehe ich es, wenn die Rom Köche ihr Rom personalisierten möchten, andererseits gibts es wichtigere Baustellen bei Miui. Außerdem ist es auch rein urheberrechtlich etwas unschön, Miui als Basissystem einfach namentlich zu verändern.

Du verstehst da was falsch
Miui ist offen zur freien Gestaltung. Genau DAS ist der Grund Gedanke von Android und miui. Da gibts kein Urheber recht das verletzt werden könnte. Einzige Grund Voraussetzung ist miui muss namentlich irgendwo erkennbar bleiben. Jeder Koch der sich der Rom bedient willigt damit auch automatisch ein das sein Rom zur weiter Entwicklung frei sein muss.
ich verstehe nicht warum du unsere top individualisten die sich um grafik und optik kümmern da einschrenken willst ....
man kauft sich ja grad deshalb ein android handy damit sich was tut damit sich was ändert .....
(ich für meinen teil bin der totale freak ... hab nie ein handy länger als 3-4 monate , seit sgs 1 android und dann miui hab ich mein erstes sgs1 jetzt 14 monate das 2. sgs1 seit 10 monaten und jetz ist noch ein 2 er dazu gekommen ...und ich glaub ich bin mit der einstellung in der mehrzahl )
wen das stört der muss sich bein blackb oder noch schlimmer ein moki.. kaufen
und um die grundprobleme kümmern sich ja auch leute ... andere leute .... das eine geht schneller das andere braucht mehr zeit .....
du legst das so aus als würde nur einer entwickeln und weil ers nicht schafft weiter zu kommen befasst er sich dann lieber mit was leichterem was in deinen augen unnötig ist ......


ist sehr demotivierend für die die sich da gewaltig ins zeug legen und wenig dank dafür bekommen .

Lässt sich eigtl. irgendwo im Dialer die Nummernformatierung beim wählen ändern?
Momentan siehts so US-mäßig aus: 012-345-6789

Btw: Ich hab kein Sprachpaket installiert und das wird wahrscheinlich auch so bleiben.

ich glaube nicht. Du müsstest irgendwo deutsch als Format einstellen und das geht ja nicht ohne sprachpaket. nervig aber ist leider so

Bin mir nicht ganz sicher, aber schau mal in der build.prop nach, dort wird auch die datumsformatierung eingestellt. Wenn nicht dann wohl in der phone.apk...

In-house Custom Framework

We have built our own custom framework as a new, solid foundation to build from. This new framework is a blend of the MIUI framework and our own unique framework, which means that we no longer have to fight our way through all the encrypted, closed source of what the MIUI deveopers release. We now have full control over the rom, and can now do as we like with it in order to produce the best possible ROM that we can!

Vastly improved battery life

While battery life hasn't been too bad of late, we have found new ways of increasing the battery life drastically, even to the point of being comparable to the life that you get from stock roms. We know that pretty much every developer says "Brilliant Battery Life!!", but we mean what we say, and we are always looking at how it can be improved.

Dramatically improved UI, Speed and Stability

Because we have built our own custom framework, it has enabled us to bring the true speed and stability out into the open. With a huge amount of code clearup, and further speed improvements it means you get to truly unleash the natural speed of your phone, as well as seeing it in all of it's true SuperAMOLED glory thanks to improving the native colour handling.

This is only a tiny bit of what we have been doing, and it's getting better with each day of development, but what does all of this mean for you? Allow us to explain...

What this means for you is that you can have a ROM that is more optimised for your phone. This means that it will run as close to perfectly with your phone as possible, more so than even previous GalnetMIUI releases have. You will finally have the chance to be able to see what GalnetMIUI is supposed to be like, and will still get better and better as we do more work to fully integrate it with your phone.
