XE erkennt keine PG58IMG.zip

Hallo,
ich versuche bei mir die hboot version von 1.29.000 auf 1.27.100 herunterzustufen.
Aber mein XE erkennt einfach keine PG58IMG.zip mehr.
Es sagt im bootloader immer bei allen dingern no image

Jetzt habe ich schon mehrere PG58IMG.zip dateien probiert aber keine wird erkannt.

S-Off ist mein gerät schon.

hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen.

Du musst das Gerät S-OFF und ROOT setzen.

das habe ich schon gemacht trotzdem steht ja dort locked

Ich hab das gleiche problem und mir wurde bei den xda-developers das geantwortet:

if the PG58IMG.zip is firmware then ..it wont work ..as firmware update via PG58IMG.zip file format while being SON is not possible

the only thing that you can install via PG58IMG.zip while being SON is only recovery ...and stock formatted rom (system,data and boot in img format)

now if normal parsing is not recognizing it
then you can do it via fastboot

copy the PG zip file to your adb/fastboot folder of pc ..and connect the device to pc from bootloader
open command prompt from the adb/fastboot folder
then these commands one by one

fastboot erase cache (if failed ignore it )
fastboot oem rebootRUU (black screen with silver HTC)
fastboot flash zip PG58IMG.zip (this flashes the stuff inside zip)
fastboot reboot-bootloader

Die Antwort ist doch vollkommen korrekt.
Welche Problem hast Du?
Hier sollte die Firmware verändert werden und dies geht nur mit S-OFF und UNLOOCKED.
Eine RUU.zip kanst du, wie beschrieben flashen, vorausgesetzt du hast bereits den passenden BOOTLoader (die passende Firmware) auf dem Gerät.

Er ist ja s-off, deswegen sollte er mal probieren, die zip über cmd zu flashen

okay, also es hat jetzt alles geklappt mit dem wire trick
Jetzt wollte ichh jedoch die PG58IMG flashen und hab sie also auf die SD kopiert...
Das Handy hat die Datei allerdings nicht erkannt, also hab ich es auch über das CMD (mit der Anleitung im Post über mir) gemacht...
Bei dem dritten Befehl jedoch scheitert das Ganze:

Ich vermute es hängt damit zusammen, dass in der android_info.txt datei meine cid nicht aufgeführt ist.. (ja ich hab die zip entpackt, aber nicht fürs flashen benutzt sondern aus interesse)
Meine cid ist TIM__401...
Wie kann ich das jetzt in die Android_info.txt integrieren damit es funktioniert (und danach in eine zip zurück verwandeln)?
