Bootlogo ändern

kann mir wer sagen wie ich das bootlogo (htc) ändern kann.
hab bootanimation schon gemacht funkt.
beim hochfahren kommt aks ersters die htc schrift und dann meine bootanimation.

Und beim abschalten möchte ich auch ein anderes loga.
