Die aktuellen Recoveries, wie TWRP o.ä., unterstützen offenbar noch nicht das Verschlüsseln bei Android 12. Da wird empfohlen, erst zu entschlüsseln. Ansonsten ist bei zukünftigen Updates wohl mit Problemen zu rechnen.
Ich selbst hab's noch nicht installiert, benötige aktuell ein durchgehend erreichbares Smartphone.

Keine Ahnung. Android 12 ist so dermaßen grottig zum Anschauen, dass ich das nicht installiere bevor es absolut notwendig ist. Die Akkulaufzeit hängt wie immer hauptsächlich von der Nutzung ab.

Das habe ich leider keine Ahnung. Ich nutze weiterhin die 7er-Reihe, bzw. Android 11. Von daher hatte ich bisher keinen Bedarf, DFE flashen zu müssen. Im Zweifel nähme ich aber immer die neuere Version, im Telegram-Kanal ist aber nur die von mir angehängte Version verlinkt.
