Fastboot erkennt Device nicht trotz Treiber

Hallo,

ich habe vor mein Xperia Play auf den DoomKernel zu flashen, gerooted habe ich es, jedoch habe ich den bootloader noch nicht unlocked. Mit fastboot will ich jetzt den Bootloader unlocken, jedoch bekomm ich beim eingeben des befehl: waiting for device, was ja wohl heißt, dass ich den passenden Treiber nicht installiert habe. Unter Geräte-Manager habe ich nach einem Manuellen Treiber gesucht, jedoch sagt mir dann Windows 7 das mein Xperia Play auf dem neusten Stand ist.. wenn ich mit Flashtool den Kernel flashen will, sagt er mir das mein Device erst gerootet sein muss, was es ja schon ist -.- hat jemand eine Lösung ??
