Wüsste nicht das es geht. Dank geht wohl an Qualcomm. Nur bei der Exynos Variante kannste bequem per Recovery flashen.

Keine Ahnung wie das zu verstehen ist und wie das Modem.bin in der Praxis zu flashen wäre.

Einfach in Odin bei CP die modem.bin einfügen und Start drücken.

Mir ist klar wie ich per Odin ein Modem flashe. Per Recovery würde es aber einiges vereinfachen. Und ich mag vereinfachen

Ich frage mich wirklich wer von Euch hier 2mal am Tag eine neue Recovery flasht? Ich bin froh wenn ich mein Telefon nur einmal die Woche neu starten muss....

Qualcomm ist die CPU im Galaxy 9505, die "erlaubt" es nicht bzw. dort ist es nicht möglich modem.bin per recovery zu flashen.
Das Galaxy 9500 hat eine Exynos CPU, wo es wohl geht.
Beim S2 damals ging es auch wunderbar, das hatte allerdings auch Exynos. ;-)

There is a huge 6.46.0 version improvements on my git
It mainly enhance the visuals during backup/restore
It fixed nandroid md5 check and progress bugs
It also adds a new f2fs <-> ext4 conversion enhancements to support options from extra.fstab if needed

Neu ist: passkey secure lock

When setup, recovery will be pass locked if started by user
Adb will be also locked
No GUI will be available

Der übliche Downloadserver lässt leider immer noch kein ftp-Upload zu

• fix segfault during 'adb shell nandroid backup/restore' commands
• enable progress display during "adb shell nandroid backup/restore" commands
• enhance and fix bugs of progress display all over recovery
• nandroid restore: fix progress bar animation when md5 verify is enabled
• nandroid md5: fix progress bar was not reset for each file
• fix .android_secure md5 sum was never generated or checked. This could cause md5 check to fail under some circumstances
• limit logging to console in adb shell nandroid and mount commands
• fix detection of real fstype (pointer to in the scope char array bug)
• merge: "Only chmod backup/blobs directory if it exists"
• merge: "Enable cmdline nandroid backup of vold volumes"
• disable useless sd-ext warnings and errors
• merge loki updates
• f2fs <-> ext4 conversion: support fs_options2 through extra.fstab before dropping to bare minimal options

Noch eine schlechte Nachricht von PhilZ:

This could be the last updates to PhilZ Touch, except maybe a few minor fixes if ever needed
Currently, CWM has no more any official CM maintainer. They seem to be migrating to the new stripped CM OEM recovery

I now stopped contributing actively to official CWM because of this. I do not plan to maintain CWM on my own as it is a huge task.
My time in real life is also being very short

The death could last a few months, maybe more, but probably could be final on next major cm update unless someone takes it in hands

I did not decide if I am leaving this project or if I will port my changes to new recovery-cm sources to continue things. In all cases, it will take months before I can port things if I ever do

habe das neue "passkey secure lock" getestet:
Damit lässt sich das Recovery mit einem 6-stelligen Code aus Kombination von Soft- und Hardkey's sperren.
Funktioniert bei mir problemlos sowohl mit Soft- als auch Hardkey's

Aktivieren/Ändern könnt Ihr unter:
-PhilZ Settings
- Setup Recovery Lock
- Change Recovery Passkey
wenn Ihr einmal einen Passkey angelegt habt, wird dieser Passkey nicht nur für das Recovery selbst benötigt, sondern auch für den Menüpunkt zum Ändern
