with the autopatcher it is possible, to patch common roms like cm, Cyanogen, AOKP, AOSP,... with the pdroid-patch.
is (respectively how is) it possible to integrate the pdroid-patch into arbitrary deodexed roms?
one example of it are the wanamlite-roms for note 2 (http://wanamlite.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?fid=23).
they are deodexed & rooted & zipaligned.
