Magisk 6T McLaren startet nach Magisk update Versuch nur noch in TWRP

Hallo,

da bei mir plötzlich GooglePay nicht mehr funktionierte, wollte ich Magisk von 18.1 auf die 18.2 Canary Version updaten. Habe dies dann zuerst über den Magisk Manager versucht, leider erfolglos. Dann wollte ich die Canary files per TWRP flashen, leider auch erfolglos. Jetzt starte das Gerät nun noch in TWRP und die Ordnernamen sind verschlüsselt. TWRP Version ist 3.2.3.1.

Wie bekomme ich die Ordnernamen wieder richtig und das Gerät zum starten bzw. Magisk richtig installiert.?

Verschlüsselt heißt im Normalfall du musst den entsperrcode eintippen, so war das zumindest bei mir.

wo soll ich den denn eintippen? Wenn ich neu starte in TWRP kommt keine Abfrage...

Stelle mal im Handy auf PIN um, merke dir das Muster
Und starte danach TWRP. Dann müsste der Pin-Code abgefragt werden.

sehr witzig, wenn das Handy nur in TWRP startet. Das tut es jetzt übrigens auch nicht mehr, nachdem ich den bootslot gewechselt habe....

Flashe im Twrp den magisk uninstaller, damit du komplett unrooted bist. Dann sollte es wieder starten. Dann im Twrp frisch den Magisk Canary Build flashen. Von 18.1 auf 18.2 hat sich viel getan, da würde ich nicht updaten, sondern frisch installieren. Hat bei mir super geklappt.

Wenn Twrp jetzt auch nicht mehr geht, versucheTwrp über fastboot zu booten, das sollt klappen.

so, habe jetzt in twrp-3.2.3-2-fajita gebootet. Encryption funktioniert, ich kann die Ordner und Dateien sehen. Habe nochmal den Magisk uninstaller laufen lassen, bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

Error installing zip file `/sdcard/Download/magisk-uninstaller.zip

Dasselbe passiert, wenn ich Magisk 18.1 oder die Canary 18.2 installieren will.

Ich komme doch gar nicht mehr ins System! Das einzige was noch geht ist fastboot und beim flashen von Magisk uninstaller oder Magisk bekomme ich immer die obige Fehlermeldung.

Was auch komisch ist, wenn ich den TWRP installer im temporären TWRP flashe zeigt er keinen Fehler an, startet aber trotzdem nur in den Bootloader.

Was kann ich tun?

Das OnePlus 6t, besitzt Factory Images, welche sich per fastboot flashen lassen. Heißt, es gibt Fastboot Roms wie damals beim Nexus.

Bevor ich jetzt alles platt mache, würde ich erstmal versuchen, die Bootpartition per fastboot manuell zu flashen.

[ROM][STOCK][FASTBOOT][OP6T] Stock Fastboot ROMs for OnePlus 6T

Der Befehl ist:

fastboot flash boot_a boot.img
fastboot flash boot_b boot.img

Danach sollte wieder das Stock Recovery drauf sein mit Stock Boot.img

BTW: Das Canary Build hat einen eigenen Uninstaller. Hast du den benutzt, oder den normalen?

Und nochwas, solange du noch an deine Daten kommst (Bilder, Videos, Musik etc.), würde ich diese erstmal sichern. Geht auch im TWRP. Einfach an den PC hängen und Dateien kopieren.

Sollte das nämlich alles nicht klappen, wirst du um einen Reset nicht drum rum kommen.

Danke, ja das mit fastboot flash boot ... werde ich heute abend mal versuchen. Die Daten habe ich bereits gesichert.

Wenn alles nicht hilft, werde ich die 9.0.12 stock rom aus dem XDA thread neu per fastboot flashen. Die Rom scheint ja auch für die McLaren Variante gleich zu sein.

Um solche Probleme zukünftig zu vermeiden sollte Magisk dann nur über den Manager entfernt werden?

@kika1992 Die problemloseste Methode um Magisk zu entfernen ist einfach die bestehende Rom nochmal per TWRP zu flashen.

ABER: ein entsperrter Bootloader führt dazu dass der SafetyNet Test nicht bestanden wird und demzufolge auch kein Google Pay funktioniert.
