M8 hängt nach custom rom flash...

Habe gerade die 2.22.401.4 modded ohne text usw. / 32 Mb über fastboot ruu geflasht. Keine neue Installation von Arhd gemacht. Startzeit jetzt ca. 45 sek.

Schlimm, wenn es nur die Version 2.22.401.4 und nicht die 5 am Ende?

Habe selber diese Anleitung/Dateien verwendet:

UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER & S-OFF BENÖTIGT!!!

Instructions:

1. Download firmware of choice in above links
2. Rename firmware to 0P6BIMG.zip
3. Put renamed firmware.zip on your external_SD
4. Boot into hboot and READ, INTERNALIZE, & then EXECUTE and let it update its firmware.
5. No PC, no adb, no fastboot, no terminal is needed, just a root explorer to rename and transfer the renamed firmware file to external_sd
6. After you have updated your firmware, make sure to remove the 0P6BIMG.zip from your external_sd because it will ask to update your firmware everytime your reboot to your bootloader which it is technically supposed to do but its unnecessary after you have done it once (unless you are planning on flashing firmware again).
7.Profit!

Now the updated firmware/hboot will leave the red text on your splash screen upon bootup if you have a unsecured boot.img or a custom recovery. To fix this you can dd a hboot of your choice where the red text has been hex removed.

Anschließend habe ich alles gewiped und die Rom drauf gezogen!

Also ich würde eine Neuinstallation empfehlen!
Bei mir hat nach dem Firmwareupdate über ein CM11 kein WLAN und Mobilfunk funktioniert!
Nach dem Wipe und einer Neuinstallation funzte alles problemlos.

Noch eine Frage zum Verständnis, reicht es wenn man das OTA ....401.4 flasht oder muss man vorher die Grundversion 1.54....flashen. und wenn das ARHD läuft soll ich es dann trotzdem nochmal neu flashen mit fullwipe?
