Es soll ja eine neue Firmware von HTC geben. Gibt es die irgendwo zum Download zum flashen? Ich habe sie bislang nirgendwo gefunden.

Hallo,
Ich habe eine Virus (Malware) auf meiner HTC One M7. Ich habe die Amerikanisch Kundendienst kontaktiert, und folgens die Kundendienst musste ich einer Ruu ausführen. Die Holländische Kundendienst wollte mich nicht helfen mit der RUU, aber die Amerikanische Kundendienst hatte angeboten mich zu helfen wenn ich die Ruu file liefern. Ich weiß leider nicht welche file ich wählen musst. Version: 7.19.401.30. Wenn ich nach die Ruu von ferchi guckte sah ich allein die 4.19.401.9 RUU und die 1.29.401.2 RUU. Ich habe eine andere file nötig doch? Entschuldigung fúr meine schlechte deutsche Sprache, ich bin von der Niederlande. Sie können reagieren in Deutsch. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Beitrag nicht verkehrt platziert isst. Ein deutsches Forum ist schwierig für mich zu entschlüsseln.

I have a Virus (malware) on my HTC One M7 due to the fact that I've downloaded an older app from an unofficial app store. I have contacted the US Support, and they wanted to help me, but unfortunately they couldn't find the correct RUU version and they advised me to contact the Dutch support. The Dutch support says that I have to sent my phone for repair. I don't want this and the US support said that they wanted to help me, If I collected the files for the RUU. My android version is 7.19.401.30, but I couldn't find that specific RUU when I looked through ferchi's files. Am I missing something, or? Feel free to respond in German.
