Additions & Updates

• First Magisk compatible rom available
• Keeps all carrier related features working, like VoLTE, WiFi-calling etc. Passes safety net by default.
• Requirements: Stock rom (RUU), phh su and Magisk
• Uncheck the module in Magisk Manager to have a 100% stock rom again
• OTA engine is compatible with that Magisk version
• WIP: VenomHUB Addons need to migrated to be magisk compatible. For now don't flash them.

• Updated to latest SuperSU 2.79
• Added NEQS UserTile
• NEQS theming is also applied on Multiuser panel now
• Updated Visual Theming
  • Updated notification pulldown to Android N

MAGISK Version:

The Magisk version and instructions how to install it are also available via the above link.
The huge advantage of the magisk version is, that the rom itself won't touch the /system partition and so will pass safety net by default.
Additionally all carrier features that work on stock will also work now on the magisk sideloaded Viper10 rom. Means VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling and other stuff will work.
Be aware not to modify anything on /system, else you break safety net, and mentioned carrier features.
We made the OTA engine magisk compatible, so the next update you can flash without worrying about it.
The VenomHub Addons are NOT magisk compatible yet...that need to wait till the next year.

Aber das mit dem System Mount r/w wurde nicht behoben oder? Da ich die neue Full rom drauf habe und ich trotzdem nicht die System apps deinstallieren kann.

Also bei mir geht's.
Poste doch mal das Ergebnis von folgenden Befehlen (Terminal app):

su

mount | grep /system

Interessant.
Ist auf jeden Fall nur ro bei dir.
Wechsel mal zwischen Mount rw und mount ro in den tweaks und dann wieder auf Mount rw.
Anschließend nochmal mit dem Befehl kontrollieren, ob dein System nun rw eingebunden ist.

Also in den tweaks war es aus. Habe es jetzt aktiviert und siehe da.

War ja eine leichte Lösung.

Ich habe lange gesucht, aber nichts gefunden:
Ich habe Viper 10.4.4.0, finde aber keinen funktionierenden xposed-installer dafür. Muss ich warten oder habe ich da etwas übersehen?

Es gibt kein xposed für Android N.

Ich werde es mal probieren.


Geht leider nicht. Die app stürzt jedesmal ab.

Ist mittlerweile S-Off eigentlich noch notwendig, wenn man die aktuellste Viper komplett funktionstüchtig nutzen will?
Wenn nicht, würde mich mal ein kurzes Tut interessieren, weil ich bei den ganzen verschiedenen Ways-to-Good überhaupt nicht mehr durchblicke.

S-OFF war nie nötig, um die Viper zu nutzen.
Und es gibt eine .401 RUU, falls das die Frage war.
