Und nun habe ich auch die Lösung für Plus Beat unter Android 10 gefunden

On OOS Android 10,the app does not work normally.
But to.make it work partially, go to the notification settings of Plus Beat and change it to Important and enable pop-up on screen.
Then disable the clock and battery percentage pulsees and only keep notifications. Also disable stealth mode

Then the app.works with standard notifications

Was genau muss denn jetzt eingestellt werden?

Das sind die Einstellungen. Benachrichtigungen in den Einstellungen auf Wichtig setzen sowie Pop Up erlauben. In der App dann den Stealth Mode nicht nutzen, ebenso die Uhr und Prozent auf Never stellen. Funktioniert bei mir seit gestern.
