ICS to JB on O2?

I have a new RAZR HD with O2 and I when I try to do a system update (About Phone > System Updates) to upgrade from 4.0.4 to the new Jelly Bean I get a message saying "Your device is up to date! No update is necessary at this time."??

What do I need to do to get the phone to upgrade?

ps. apologies for writing in English, I live in Dusseldorf and haven't mastered writing in German yet

Do you need a german firmware or US?

The phone is an O2 phone so I assume it has the German firmware now, I just set the language to English

Download the zip file von this post. Unzip the file in your SDcard!
Than restart your phone into your stock recovery and flasht the unzip file.

because the update is not published yet

The linked Firmware is from the soak Test. If the soak is successfully moto will release JB for all Users. Soak takes two weeks or so.
