SBF files, no go
you changed the bootloaders, no-go
you changed the recovery consoles, no-go

when you turn on your phone, the error comes up immediately, or does it show the Motorola M first?

lets go to basics. check your battery, and also, check your sd card whether it is in correctly...

Motorola M comes, then Bootloader with Error.
battery is OK (on boot screen it says), SD Card is not in the phone.

"Err:A5,69,35,00,21"

there is only one result worldwide - THIS thread. So whatever causes your problem, this is pretty unique. I have not seen a XXXXXXX, 21 error yet! 27 is common and commonly cured, Err:A5,69,35,00,2f (Sekrus issue) which is similar to yours.
