Without Dynamic FSync , it should be stabler , and it is a bit faster too(dunno why, Dyn Fsync should be theoritically faster)

UKSM , although intented for helping smoothness , is limited , since it uses a lot of CPU power , so it is removed for now.

This kernel supports Android 4.3 based ROMs. With this , I am officially stopping Android 4.2 development, both ROM and kernel. I may publish a last 4.2 ROM with the latest source.
