Es ist ja bereits etwas ruhig geworden rund um das Hyundai A7HD Tablet aber ich habe immer wieder Anfragen zu dem Cynaogenmod 10 ROM bekommen, daher hier mal ein offizieller Thread. Es wurde ja bereits in dem CM9 Thread erwähnt, aber offensichtlich geht das wohl unter ...

Wie auch immer - unten findet ihr die Infos frech kopiert von dem originalen xda-developer-Thread [rom] Unofficial CyanogenMod 10 for many AllWinner A10 tablets - xda-developers

Ich möchte noch auf Folgendes hinweisen:
- Bitte das Tablet nicht in den Sleep Mode versetzen, solange es über USB geladen wird -> produziert SODs
- Bitte die neuesten gapps.zip installieren - bei mir läuft das A7HD aktuell mit der Version 20121011 deutlich flüssiger. Zu beziehen sind die neuesten gapps hier: Goo.im Downloads - Browsing gapps (benötigen eine 300+MB /system Partition)

Instructions

* !!! IMPORTANT !!! You need a /system partition of at least 300 MB or you have to avoid flashing gapps !!! IMPORTANT !!!
* Upload zips to MicroSD or internal memory.
* Boot into CWM keeping pressed VOL- (MENU) and POWER for 3 secs, than release POWER and after another sec release VOL- (or use Novo7 tools if it doesn't work for your device)
* Select "wipe data/factory reset"
* Select "install zip from sdcard" -> "choose zip from sdcard" (or "choose zip from internal sdcard" if your files are into internal memory) and flash, in this order, rom / gapps / compatibility zip
* Now go back, and select "Reboot system now"
* Enjoy cm10

Note: when you update to a newer build you don't need to do a full wipe, you just have to wipe cache and dalvik cache

FAQs

* HW accelerated playback of local contents is limited to few files format but there's a nice workaround: since network playback works flawlessly we'll install an UPNP server that will automatically open our files from the loopback network interface. In this case stagefright player will kick in and will play every file without any trouble.
Install both MX Player and BubbleUPNP from Play store. Open BubbleUPNP and from "Library" section select the file to play. Choose MX Player as default player and enjoy the HW accelerated video playback
* If you wanna use the "phablet" ui change the entry "ro.disable_phablet_ui=1" to "ro.disable_phablet_ui=0" in file /system/build.prop (note that USB connection will work only in "phablet" mode)

Vielen Dank dazu. Ich muss aber anmerken, dass CM10 bei mir nie stabil lief. Hatte ständig Abstürze.

Nach ein paar Monaten den Nutzung kann ich nur Positives von dem CM10 für das Hyundai berichten. Mittlerweile nutze ich es auch mit Bluetooth USB-Dongle und HP Tastatur. Es läuft super-rund. Allerdings muss ich auch konstatieren, dass ich eine Menge Konfigurations-Aufwand treiben musste, bis es mit *allen* meinen Tools richtig gut lief.
Aber alles schön der Reihe nach:
Chris Troy hat die Pflege des Allwinner Roms leider abgegeben und ein gewisser shaun2029 aus dem slatedroid-Forum hat die Pflege übernommen. Den Thread findet ihr hier: http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/38700-rom-cyanogenmod-10-tweaks/

Monentan nutze ich die Testing Version vom 08. Dezember:
Was ich darüber hinaus noch gemacht habe:
- ksm eingeschaltet
- Freigabe von Ressourcen
- 1.2 ghz Taktung
- smartass v2 Scheduler
- gpu rendering erzwingen
- trebuchet als Standardlauncher belassen
- hackers keyboard als standard Keyboard
- gps deaktiviert
- Vibrationsalarme deaktiviert
- ein paar Videos aus dem ROM entfernt (was haben die dort eigentlich verloren...)
- Google Dienste wie Gmail durch weniger speicherhungrige Apps wie z.B K9 ersetzt. Gmail wurde dann deaktiviert (wichtig). Genauso wurde der Standardbrowser durch Chrome ersetzt und gtalk durch IM+.
- und mit Lux bzw. juice defender kann man schön den Verbrauch im Zaum halten

Ich habe generell darauf geachtet, nicht zuviele Apps zu installieren und den Hauptspeicher nicht zusehr zu belasten. Seither rennt das kleine Tablet vorzüglich und richtig schnell.

Also ich bin top zufrieden - das Hyundai wird wohl noch eine Weile in der Nutzung bleiben...

Es ist zwar etwas ruhiger um die die Entwicklung der A10-basierten CyanogenMod 10 ROMs geworden, dennoch findet sich ein neues Beta ROM am Anfang dieses Threads. Bei mir läuft es schon einige Tage und ich kann es nur empfehlen - bisher das flüssigste ROM auf meinem A7HD. Hier der Link zu dem Thread im Partnerforum:

Des weiteren kann ich folgendes an sinnvollen Systemsettings berichten:
- auf max 1,15GHz und min 60 MHz getaktet
- den Govenor auf interactive eingestellt
- SD Karten Cache auf 2048kB eingestellt
- mit der App Lux die Displayhelligkeit automatisch eingestellt
- und mit Juice Defender die Energiespareinstellungen geregelt

... und man kann nur staunen, was man aus dem kleinen, alten Tablet noch herausholen kann ...

Meine Antwort kommt zwar ein bissle spät, aber dennoch mal zur Dokumentation für andere User:

295MB hat mein A7HD auch, das ROM funzt trotzdem - zur Sicherheit habe ich noch ein paar Tools/Videos (was haben die auf der ROM zu suchen) mittels Titanium Backup bzw. auf der Konsole entfernt.

Hallo,

ist ja alles schon sehr ruhig hier geworden, aber vielleicht liest ja doch noch jemand mit.

Suchfunktion hat hier im Forum, leider keine Anleitungen hervor gebracht und wenn dann in englisch.

Das A7 HD von meiner Frau, zickt neuerdings immer rum, geht dauernd aus, auch bei hohem Akkustand. Akkuanzeige spinnt auch.

Ich möchte Ihr jetzt eine ander Room drauf spielen und weiß leider nicht wie und welche.

Wie kann ich die Treiber für das A7 installieren?

Wie kann ich das A7 resetten? (bitte die Tastenkombi)

Wie kann ich CWM Installieren? (bitte um Anleitung auf deutsch)

Welche Tasten kombi wenn dann CWM drauf ist, da ja keine
Lautstärketasten vorhanden sind.

Bitte keine Links zu englischen Seiten, meinEnglisch ist sehr, sehr bescheiden.

Hey Shirocco,

Ich garantiere NICHT für die Richtigkeit meiner Angaben, aber hat bei mir bis jetzt immer funktioniert.

Zunächst musst du einmal ein custom recovery installieren - falls noch nicht geschehen.

Dazu die Datei herunterladen und das Tablet an den PC anstecken --> root Verzeichnis öffnen (Hauptordner deines Tablets).
Hier rein packst du dann die in der .zip enthaltenen Dateien "recovery.img" und "recovery.sh".

Danach suchst du dir aus dem Play Store noch den Terminal Emulator, welcher dir erlaubt Skripte auszuführen während dein Tablet im normalen Betrieb ist.
In der App selber tippst du dann

su (mit Enter bestätigen - solltest nun gefragt werden ob du SU rechte vergeben willst --> JA)

sh install-recovery.sh (mit Enter bestätigen und die App machen lassen)


Damit währe der erste Schritt getan und wenn du nun dein Tablet ausschaltest und vor dem erneuten einschalten die "ESC" taste drückst und diese gedrückt lässt, solltest du dich im recovery menü wieder finden.

Schaut etwa so aus:

Hier dann auf mounts and storage und den USB Speicher aktivieren (PC sollte nun dein Gerät wieder als Speichermedium erkennen und dir somit die Möglichkeit geben deine Rom auf das Tablet zu schieben)

Hier liegt die Wahl nun bei dir.

Die gewünschte Datei herunterladen und als .zip ebenfalls ins root deines Gerätes schieben.
Jetzt brauchst du nur noch die a7hd_compatibility_1.2.0 aus dem Anhang und GApps Lite
Beides ebenfalls in den root packen.

Nun auf wipe data/ factory reset und durchlaufen lassen. Danach install zip from sd card und die .zips in dieser Reihenfolge installieren:

1) ROM
2) Compatibility
3) GAapps

Abschließend noch rebooten und die neue ROM sollte laufen.

Wichtig ist, dass die compatibility nach jedem Update installiert werden muss, da sonst dein Touchscreen nicht funktioniert. Daher am besten deiner Frau sagen, dass sie bei einer Update Benachrichtigung nicht das Update installieren soll.

Deine Anleitung sollte so korrekt sein, jedoch muss er doch noch super User aus dem Play Store installieren oder? Ich glaube nämlich, dass es nicht vorinstalliert ist.

Übrigens, falls das Update die Macken nicht behebt, kann ich das Nexus 7 oder das Samsung Note 8 sehr empfehlen. Zweiteres ist aber leider deutlich teurer.

Du hast wahrscheinlich recht...ist schon ein wenig her seid die stock Rom auf meinem Tablet lief. Also einfach den SuperUser aus dem Playstore laden.

Interessant als Ersatz für das Hyundai könnte auch das ASUS Memo Pad HD 7 sein.
Quasi ein nexus 7 mit micro SD slot für 129€

Ich hatte es noch rum liegen und habe mal versucht die Dateien oben zu installieren.CM Recovery, whipe datea/cash/dalvic. Install zip: Rom, A7HD files und Google files, am Ende dreht sich nach dem Booten das CM Logo das wars. Ich habe auch verschiedene Reihenfolgen probiert, immer das gleiche CM logo bis Batterie leer ist. Was könnte ich übersehen haben? Das zurück Flashen auf Stockrom geht an meinem Win 10/64Bit auch nicht. Falls jemand nach so langer Zeit noch nen Tip hat, Thanks

Hi, ich habe leider meine Festplatte geschrottet und da waren alle Daten drauf um das A7HD von Hyun... zu flashen.

Ich wollte an dem A7hd ein wenig rumprobieren bevor ich mein aktuelles Handy flashe. Nur leider finde ich im Netz nirgends mehr die nötigen Files, CM10 mit a7hd kompatibliltätsfiles und Gapps zum flashen.
Deshalb meine Bitte an alle die die Files noch auf der Platte rumliegen haben bitte meldet euch bei mir um zu besprechen wie die Daten an mich weitergegeben werden können. Vielen Dank für die Mühe schon mal im Vorraus.
