Kein Zugriff von Win10 Computer + neuer SD Karte?!

Hi, I have got a P9+, it´s really good, but I have got the following problem. I connected the P9 with my Win10 computer, it appears in inside the explorer as "VIE-L09" file, but I can´add any new folders with e.g. music etc.. It´s not possible with the standard internal storage of the phone and it´s also not possible with a new Mini SD Card (64GB) which I put in the phone...I can´t realize access to the card, to add folders etc...within the HiSuite application I have got the overview of the SD Card but I can´t copy files. If I open the VIE-L09 file and paste copied files, a message apperars, do You want to use the files on the phone ... I say yes and a message appears, files cant´t be copied becaue maybe device is not reacting?!

Please help urgently! Thanks...
