Embedded HTML5 video

Hi,
embedded HTML5 video (MP4) does not appear on Mate 9. The video runs without problems on the Mac, on the iPhone and on Windows 10. What can be the reason?

Pardon, was die Sprache angeht, Forum verwechselt...

Ich benutze Chrome. Folgender Code funzt nicht in Android, auch nicht mit Chrome:
