Hallo,
Ich habe bereits den Bootloader entsperrt, nur beim Rooten komme ich nicht ganz klar: Ich habe dieses doomlord ding da runtergeladen und die runme.bat sowohl als auch ohne administrator gestartet, also habe ich beides probiert. Habe auch davor versucht die ADB.bat zu starten, ob es dann geht. Leider auch erfolglos.
Bei mir kommt immer dieser Error:

if it gets stuck over here for a long time then try:
disconnect usb cable and reconnect it
toggle "USB DEBUGGING" (first disable it then enable it)
