Hi ich habe da ein Problem mit dem Flashen.
Ich habe alles nach anleitung gemacht htc sync , microsoft activesync, installiert.

Dann habe ich aller installiert:

HSPL2_RUN dann,
Radio Leo 2.15.50.14 dann,
MAGLDR113_DAF

hat alles super funktionert als ich aber dann aber NexusHD2-Froyo_V1.9a_NAND installieren will kommt immer :

Obwohl beim USB Flasher steht : Wait USB....USB was ja heisst das er usb gefunden hat.
Ich weiss echt nicht mehr weiter , wäre cool wenn ir einer helfen kann.mfg

Hast du das ROM nicht als *zip Datei vorliegen ?
