beim ersten custom rom flashen hab ich das durchgeführt [GUIDE] How to get root/flash custom roms with HTCDEV unlock - xda-developers weil ich sonst nicht weiter als zum htc bootscreen gekommen bin.

AHA da ist was, du hast die anleitung nicht richtig gemacht.
Du hast dein handy nicht richtig gerootet, sonts hättes du s-off! was du aber nciht hast.

da du kein s-off mit der anleitung hast must du was falsch gemacht haben, roote dein handy noch ein mal und halte dich GENAU an die anleitung:

ich kann das img nich runterladen..hab mein volumen schon verbraucht, ohne das gehts nich? die anderen dateien hab ich schon

Musst du auch nicht, wenn du nach der HTC DEV Anleitung bei den XDAs durchliest und danach vorgehst, sollte das auch klappen.
Aber das andere Roms gehen ist da etwas komisch...

soo habs jetzt so gemacht 2. Place the recovery img in the folder with fastboot.exe (which you used to unlock your device), rename the recovery to recovery.img
3. Reboot phone to fastboot mode: Either pull battery and hold TRACKPAD and press power, or run 'adb reboot bootloader' from a cmd/terminal
4. Run Code:
> fastboot flash recovery recovery.img sending 'recovery' (4930 KB)... OKAY [ 0.851s] writing 'recovery'... OKAY [ 0.819s] finished. total time: 1.670s
Flashing a custom rom

1. Download the rom.zip you wish to run.
2. Extract boot.img from the zip and place it in the folder with fastboot.
3. Copy the rom.zip to your sdcard
4. Flash the rom.zip from your sdcard
5. Reboot to fastboot mode (as above)
6. Run from a cmd/terminal

Ich hab ein kleines, problem und zwar wen ich das dz in den standby schicke wechselt er vom wlan ins handy netzt, im wlan menü hab ich zwar eingestellt er solls nicht machen, aber drozdem macht ers, gibt es da ein app sodas wlan immer an bleibt?

Danke für den link nimrod, aber es geht nicht, mein dz wechselt immer noch, nach lust und laune zwischen wlan und umts hin und her, wen das display aus ist.
