Möchte mein Desire S entsperren ,hab es direkt über die seite HTC Dev probiert und komm aber nur bis zu dem punkt wo ich per mail eine bin datei bekomme und das dann über cmd wie der eingeben muss aber dann kommt folgendes auf meinem Bildschirm
C:\Android>fastboot Flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

update <filename> reflash device from update.zip
flashall flash boot + recovery + system
