500 KangBang Kernel

Da ich mich nach wie vor auf der Suche nach einer alternativen Firmware für dieses Handy befinde wollte ich euch den ersten Kernel nicht vorenthalten, habe Ihn auf dem Desire 500 eines Freundes geflasht und kann nur Positives Berichten.

Default [KERNEL][ROOT]KangBang_r3.0 kernel for Desire 500 * System write protection removed *
This kernel is only for the single sim Desire 500 - android v4.1.2.
The kernel has the wp_mod.ko included.
What is wp_mod.ko? It's a module that breaks the HTC System Write Protection.
What does it mean? It means that now we have a fully working root for our device.


Instructions:
Quote:
- Download the kernel zip and superuser zip
- Mount system in mounts and storage in CWM
- Flash in recovery the kernel zip
- Flash the superuser zip.



WARNING !
DON'T USE SUPERSU,IT WILL BREAK THE ROOT! USE SUPERUSER !
Fixed in r2


Tested with Root Explorer,Titanium Backup,Viper4android,Xposed,all worked.

Governors sind aber noch nicht vorhanden, oder? Ist Overclocking der CPU möglich?

Hallo!
Habt ihr nach der Installation von Kangbang Kernel r3.0 und SU auch das Problem das ihr manche apps aus dem Playstore nicht mehr installieren könnt?
Fehlermeldung:
Installation auf USB-Speicher bzw. SD-Karte fehlgeschlagen.
hat jemand eine Lösung cash schon gelöscht ohne Erfolg.
