Factory Image lässt sich nicht installieren

Aloah!

Ich bin auf GrapheneOS umgestiegen. Da ich jetzt aber die Play Dienste leider doch brauche und das Nachinstallieren auf GrapheneOS das genaue Gegenteil von der Ideologie von GrapheneOS ist, will ich mein Pixel 3a auf Factory setzen.

Ich habe die aktuelle Datei von der Google Seite mit dieser Anleitung geladen, OEM-Entsperrung und USB-Debugging eingeschalten, sowie den Bootloader geöffnet. Dann habe ich laut Anleitung (fastboot devices funktioniert) "flash-all" eingegeben und Folgendes kam raus (auch wenn ich die BAT mit Admin-Rechten manuell starte):

Update: Ich habe jetzt die "Flash" Option auf der Homepage genutzt und diese hat mit einem Fehler geendet. Dann habe ich das Gerät mal in die Ecke gelegt um nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Als ich unwillkürlich meinen Blick in Richtung Ecke führe sehe ich den Einrichtungsassistenten.

Also ..... es läuft? .... Keine Ahnung wieso. Wir halten fest: Fehlermeldung beim Installieren von Android = alles funktioniert einwandfrei.
