Ich habe auf GrapheneOS Hypatia installiert und er hat was gefunden :-(

Gab es begründeten Verdacht, warum du Hypatia auf GrapheneOS installiert hast? Oder nur mal so zum Test?

Ich lese jetzt nicht viel Aussagekräftiges in diesem Log-Bericht - nur, dass Hypatia irgendwas gefunden wurde...aber was und wo genau? Ich vermute da eher ein "false-positive"-Ergebnis...

Ich hatte das Thema hier auch schon angeschnitten, wo CalyxOS Hypatia ebenfalls zur Installation im Setup zur Installation aufgenommen hat. In diesem Post ist auch ein Artikel von Mike Kuketz zum Thema Virenscanner dabei (auch sehr interessant)...durch die Sandbox-Struktur bei Android können Virenscanner eh nicht effektiv arbeiten - und bei GrapheneOS dürfte es wieder um einiges schwieriger sein.

Ja war nur ein Test. Vermutlich bringt ein Virenscanner nichts wegen Sandbox

In der Notification tauchen 2x Files auf die ich mit Virustotal geprüft hatte. Es waren False-Positives.

Verstehe ich CalyxOS richtig?
Sie nehmen als Basis LinageOS und erweitern es mit Security Features und ihren Apps?

Wenn LinageOS was neues entwickelt, dauert es ein wenig und es ist dann auch in CalyxOS?

Darüber erfährt man wenig auf der Calyx-Seite, was sie genau als Basis nehmen oder evtl. nur einige Fragmente von LOS...und was sie noch so verändern. Ist für mich leider nicht so transparent, aber grob gesehen würde ich dir schon zustimmen. Ob jetzt generell alle Features übernommen werden, kann ich so nicht sagen, da ich schon lange kein LOS mehr auf einem Gerät hatte.
