Nach dem ich einen Ausflug zu;
AOSP: SlimSaber; SlimKat; NeatRom; Carbon und SpiritRom,
gemacht habe bin ich wieder bei der CM11 von Markox 89 gelandet,
diese gefällt mir am besten.

ich habe auch einige Roms durch, teilweise mit gravierenden Bugs, aber
die CM 11 von MARKOX89 ist einfach der Hammer.
Erstenst läuft die ROM sehr sauber, ohne irgenwelche Abbrüche.
Zweitenst ist sie sehr flott unterwegs. Aber das beste ist der Empfang, zumindest bei meinem Handy. Wo meine Tochter mit Ihrem S4 kein
Internetempfang mehr hat stehe ich mit H+ daneben (derselbe Provider).
Großes Lob an die Macher!!!!!

Wollte ja auch nur mal Testen wie die anderen Roms so laufen und aussehen,
benutze diese hier ja von Anfang an als Infected noch der Koch war,
einmal die Woche ein update und alles läuft ohne Probleme.
Hoffen wir das Markox89 noch lange weiter macht.

Als User von Slim Saber hatte ich mal wieder einen Ausflug zu dieser Rom gemacht.
Gefällt mir auch sehr gut,aber ein Problem bei mir: Bereits bei der Einrichtung reagieren bei mir Klickfelder am Bildschirmrand (besonders, wenn diese klein sind) sehr träge, da muss ich mehrmals und lange antippen. Hatte ich bisher bei keinerer anderen Rom, aber vielleicht sind diese sonst nicht so klein oder so nahe am Bildschirmrand.
Kennt jemand eine Abhilfe?

Mein Problem #487 hat sich durch Neuflash der gleichen Version gelöst.
Gibt es zu dieser Rom noch einen Thread bei xdadevelopers? Der ursprüngliche ist ja geschlossen.
Mich würde interessieren, wie sich diese Rom zur offiziellen verhält. Da hier auch Linaro/Sabermod compiliert, vermute ich ähniches, wie mir von Slim Saber bekannt ist.
Der Eindruck nach kurzer Nutzung ist schon mal sehr positiv.

Vergeblich suche ich einen Weg, das Wetter vom Startbildschirm zu verbannen. Google brachte mich nur zum Löschen von GenieWidget.apk, aber das Wetter bleibt.

schau mal unter den Telefoneinstellungen unter Suche/Name Telefonnummer oder so ähnlich. Hier dann deaktivieren.

Der Übeltäter war die Rückwärtssuche

Ich hatte die 0523 installiert, lief bestens (natürlich nach Vorgaben mit Factory Reset). Gestern die 0601 geflasht, nach einigen Stunden zunächst problemloser Nutzung bekam ich ein Chaos, eine Mischung aus Homescreens mit App-Übersicht. Keine Funktion der Tasten, durch Wischen konnte ich durch die Homescreens blättern, aber alle enthielten chaotischen Inhalt.
Neustart brachte wieder ordendlichen Originalzustand. Bisher keine Wiederholung des Spuks.

Hast du bereits versucht, den Launcher unter Einstellungen / Apps / Alle den Launcher zurückzusetzen? Also einmal Daten löschen + Cache leeren.
