Changelog
V18 u. V19
ALL
• Bug fix - I broke glass but archer100 fixed it for me
xda-developers - View Single Post - [ROM][JB 4.2.2] [Team EOS 4] [Nightlies -- TF101]
PHONES
• Xperia S (Nozomi) - BIG BUG FIX UPDATE #2
Reduced camera freezes/fc's as much as possible
ALS: blob DASH, restore JB ALS curve, enable auto-brightness
Kernel: resolve various lockup issues/LoD (Lag of Death) scenarios
12MP shooting removed, will be re-introduced with the 3.4 kernel
ALL
• Enable/Disable ECC icon and Expanded Desktop icon. If you want the
icon, you got it. If you don't, you don't get it. That's how it
should be. Look in ECC interface settings. This will likely
move later.
• Fix WiFi region code not sticking in ECC
• Clean up UI Mode summary in ECC. It now shows current mode.
• REVERT NAVIGATION DRAWER API IN SETTINGS! My apologies
to those who enjoyed it. The "not like" voices were louder here.
But I assure all of you, this is not over!
• Glass: Use bit shifting for alpha/color coversions
• This week's build was mostly to revert the Settings commit
that almost got me lynched by Eos tablet users. Note to users
with hardware key devices: I got my HTC One TMobile variant!
So i will be putting heavy focus on getting Cap key devices
where they need to be. Besides, I feel dirty running Sense!
Our HTC One device tree is almost ready now. Just needs some
polish.
V17
PHONES
• Xperia S (Nozomi) - BIG BUG FIX UPDATE
Fixed: camera, ALS (DASH), weird 2nd core behaviour
Modified: kernel: compile CIFS modular to /system/lib/modules
ALL
• Show/hide menu overflow button: Fixes disappearing
action bar menu on tablets.
• new Navigation Drawer API for Settings! Much love and
credit to epic developer 0xD34D for porting it over.
• Phones: Fix disappearing left-aligned navbar when
on landscape orientation. This has a unique feel.
Give it a run.
• NX: remove bar glow feedback when action detected. NX 2.0
is definately on the agenda.
• Total Glass (Bar Transparency) Overhaul! Much cleaner and
simpler logic, valueAnimate glass bar transitions. This
smoothes out window changes dramatically. ECC: Contextutally
accurate dialogs for glass. I still want to do even more work
here, but this is good for now.
• Fix double bluetooth icons in system icon area on tablets
• Get HTC One device tree set up! Yes... I am finally forced
to get some quality hardkey controls in place. Look for some
Eos builds coming very soon ;D
V16
ALL
• Expanded Desktop from Cyanogenmod. Controls in ECC
Toggle in Global Actions power menu when enabled
Quick Settings tile for additional control
• Volume panel controls. Controls in ECC.
Single, expands, expanded, and none.
• Unlink notification and ringtone volumes
• Enable/disable volume hardware key tones
• Navigation Bar/Tablet UI Bar transparent with Live
Wallpaper when Glass is enabled. This is my personal
favorite this time around. It just looks epic!
• Bug fixes and misc code cleanup
• Fix back softkey color update on ime hint
• Some Quick Settings tiles did not have proper
Long Press actions, they do now.
TABLET
• Fix systembar clock size on large screens
V15
ALL
• Fix bug in which system would not respond to changes in ECC
I couldn't reproduce because i always launch ECC from
quick settings settings toggle long press. The bug came
from launching ECC from Settings
• Bug fix in which in some cases, tablet ui panel would
not open when the notification area was touched
PHONES
• Tuna series - update to LeanKernel v6.7exp230
V14
ALL
• Overhaul how UI modes are handled and controlled. All devices,
all UI configurations.
• Major bottom bar UI cleanup. Ticker is clean now, but could
still use some polish. Most UI blemishes are clean now.
• ECC - Navigation fragment now shows features contextually,
based on current UI mode. Cap key devices - i know it's
a little empty in there. Rlasalle and RaymanFX have some
stuff coming. They promise ;D
• Temporarily disable hide bars. I'm gonna bring in CM's
Extended Desktop implementation. It's stronger and better. But
had to disable for now as it's not set up with new UI controls.
• Fix rare SystemUI fc caused by Null Pointer on Mobile Data toggle
• Internals - Bring up feature observers when ECC is foreground,
unregister observers when ECC leaves foreground. This is a unique
feature to Eos! All other builds have about 100 content observers
running in SystemUI all the time! That's wasting precious CPU
cycles.
• This UI overhaul is part of a bigger picture. You will be able to
seamlessly and effortlessly transition from one UI style (soon to
include Pie ;D) regardless of device type.
• Build system - preparation for GCC 4.8 toolchain
• XDA user EvilDobe is now managing bug reports for us. There's too
many repeat reports coming in. Xoom and TF101 users, DISABLE HOTWORD
DETECTION PLEASE!!!!!!!!!1 And use a third party keyboard app. Please.
V13
BUG FIX UPDATE ONLY FOR PHONES.
PHONES
• Fixed up weird Navigation bar behavior here it would not move
to landscape and softkeys would disappear. 100% absolutely fixed
now. This only affected "normal screen" devices, also known
as "phones" ;D
• Tuna Series - update LeanKernel to 6.6exp230
V12
ALL
• Fix Airplane mode legacy toggle, but legacy toggles are gone
for the time being. But they will likely make guest appearances.
• Update wpa_supplicant from CM upstream. Thanks guys.
• Much more work on tablet UI. Still a WIP for sure. Keeping in
mind, we're not using any form of DPI change. That's for noobs!
We're using pure logic in configuring and loading resources.
So this feature will continue to get polished.
• Removed legacy notification toggles. All toggles are now
Quick Settings toggles! Added QS toggles to tablet ui.
• Fixed up weird Navigation bar behavior here it would not move
to landscape and softkeys would disappear. At least i'm 99%
sure it's fixed ;D
PHONES
• Enable tablet UI
This is still a work in progress. There's definately style
work to do. But it's very fast and very stable and very fun!
• Nozomi - calibrate WiFi
fix torch system-wide
latest mako blobs
add back adreno200 3D egl blob
partial ANT+ support
• LGOG - updated device tree, vendor, and kernel

lost in a merge at some unknown point. Benchmarkers, start your engines ;D

• Capacitive key devices - force a navigation bar (optional)
• Nozomi - fix location-based services

Be sure to thank him if you enjoy our build!
• Tuna Series - bring LeanKernel up to v6.5exp230
• Almost done with TabletBar for large and xlarge screen devices. I'm doing
some prep work to bring in Paranoid Android's Pie UI. As always, keeping things smooth, steady, stable, and interesting.

FAQ
What is better now, 4.2.2 rom X or teameos?
Performance wise: teameos! definately! We have Linaro all over, and only clean-select and implement features
AOSP is faster than CM-10.1. I won't judge about other roms, but see yourself...
These builds (teameos nightlies) will receive fixes faster than any other 4.2.2 rom! I am close to getting 1080p video recording to work!
The device configuration was build from the ground up, only minimalistic sonyxperiadev configs were used.
Planned features:
Trigger navigation bar for all devices
Optional PIE control
Custom EOS OC kernel featuring 1.7ghz max clock, 2d/3d adreno220 overclock, 2d gpu scaling
1080p video recording (to be fixed soon!)
Known Bugs:
No 1080p video recording
No FM Radio
HDMI
