doch gibt es noch. Ist unter "Erweiterte Slim Einstellungen - Benutzeroberfläche - Statusleiste - Batterie Symbol und Leiste - Batterie Symbol"!

Ich habe die Minimal-Gapps genommen.
jetzt habe ich links oben auf dem Bildschirm:
- Das Wort Google und daneben das Microfon-Symbol.

Bekommt man das auch noch weg?

Das ist die "dauerhafte suchleiste". Diese kannst du in den nova Einstellungen unter Desktop ausblenden...

Gapps nochmal nachflashen oder beim Update irelevant?

Seit Android 4.3 sollte man die Gapps nochmal flashen, da es sonst Probleme geben kann.

NOTE: If you get a FC with Google Now this is caused by old data and a security change by google on dirty flashes. To solve it uninstall Google Now.....reboot one time......reboot into recovery and just flash AIO_gapps again and you are fine to go

Die Gapps sind aber geblieben von der Stable 2.

Und noch cooler. Ab nächste Woche beginnt der Rollout von Slimkat (Kitkat 4.4)
Hoffentlich ist das 5110/00 mit bei den ersten Devices dabei.
Soll wohl schon sehr stabil laufen.

Given the long hours, and long work week, this took a toll on me with a quickness! I became irritable with anyone and everyone, over anything. That said, the only way i'll be able to proceed is if we pull together and organize a team of sorts. A couple "official" testers, and a couple "official" thread monitors/helpers. A google group can be created for communications, I did this with the Galaxy S3 when I moved onto the S4, worked pretty good. So, thoughts... Anyone up for this, or do we part ways and say goodbye, its been a good run? I've been struggling with this for a while now. You are all geat bunch of guys/girls, thats what makes this decision so hard to make. The people are what keeps this alive for me. The excitement of your posts, screenshots, these sorts of things makes it all worth it

If you would like to help, form a G Tab 2 team, please PM me. Let me know what device you have, as we would need both p3100/p3110 testers. I'm not sure what will happen with the p51XX series, that version is far less popular than the p31XX. Also, if you want to help via testing, know your Android! Dont tell me you are A-OK to do this, and then when you have a FC ask me how to pull a Logcat

Ideally the best solution would be a new maintainer for the Tab 2. If any of you have the knowledge to do so, please PM me OR kufikugel <--linked

Hi,

wollte nur mal ein DANKE da lassen, dass es diese CR gibt. Mein Tab, welches ich rein als Fernbedienung für mein Homecinema verwende, läuft damit nun statt einem Tag mit Stock Rom (4.0.3 und 4.2.2) nun FÜNF Tage!!!
Das nenne ich mal Steigerung!!!

Hallo,

habe mir heute auch mal diese Rom drauf gemacht. Wenn ich aber diesen Blackhawk-Kernel drauf mache bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung. Sinngemäß wie android.phone kann nicht ausgeführt werden. Drücke ich die weg kommt die aber immer wieder. Habe vor kompletten Factory reset etc. gemacht. Will nämlich auch das mal mit den übertakten probieren. Weiß einer eventuell wo mein Fehler ist?

Schaue mal in den dual-boot Next Thread hier...
Du musst den Kernel und danach die proptetary_vendor_samsung.zip flashen. 4.3 geht nur mit der 2.1.5.
Ob es mit diesem ROM geht weiß ich nicht. Sonst mal den Thread bei xda-developers konsultieren
