[Diskussion] MIUI-ROM für das Milestone

wegen dem AKKUVERBRAUCH:

habe gerade gesehen, das mein akku heute nacht ab ca. 1:30Uhr verbraucht wurde. von ca. 40-45% auf 5%
WLAN aus
Daten aus
display aus
telefonsignal war kein eintrag

fragt mich aber nicht warum das so war... hatte mich haute morgen auch gewundert warum das so war. die doppelten module hatte ich bereits gelöscht...

kann nicht sein, Du denkst vielleicht er scrollt?! Setz mal ein anderes Wallpaper und kuck dann...

EDIT: oder du hast die falsche update.zip eingespielt (die zum rückgängig machen), dann ändert sich natürlich nix...

allein das löschen der Module in der v1 bringts nicht - Du musst die v2 aufspielen um den Akku-Drain los zu werden

das werd ich gleich mit in v2 einbauen...die Werte für multitasking sind übrigens die selben, wie bei der v5

Schon, aber zeppelinrox hat irgendwie die Anwendungen nochmals anders auf die Slots sortiert, meine ich gelesen zu haben

Ich habs mir gerade mit der Thema App gezogen und es funktioniert einwandfrei.



PS: Jetzt aber wieder zurück zur "Borderlands" Theme. Gefällt mir im Moment am besten!

War das aktuelle Theme - auch komplett neu geladen oO

MIUI 1.5.20 Changelog (Preview)

Here is some of what to expect in this weeks 1.5.20 update for MIUI.
Read on to find out more
System

• Add improved GPS positioning and allow Wireless network assisted positioning to improve GPS performance
• GPS-NTP server optimised and defaulted to CN (China), users can also manually set location in NTP settings

Phone

• Fixed when ending phone call, returns to home screen and not to lockscreen
• Repair phone call issues regarding password security screen

Messaging

• Added support for Emoji emoticons
• Added SMS SP Number display
• Added new visual styles to customise text messages

Contacts

• Added option for quickly assigning user to blacklist when pressing on contacts photo
• Lunar Birthday reminder issue fixed, birthday was not setting correctly
• Contact phone number showing incorrect prefixes issue fixed
• Optimised view contacts list, now shows current letter selection correctly against the A-Z index

Themes

• Fixed ringtone preview issues

Gallery

• Fixed gallery thumbnail rotation issue

Music

• Added fade effect for switching between tracks (configured via Settings menu)
• Fixed issue with local album art in player and lockscreen looking incorrectly displayed
• Fix issue with EQ causing FC on some devices
• Fixed “now playing” screen, issues with track selections

Download manager

• Added download music via app
• Added menu options for deletion of tasks and downloads
• Optimised to ensure 5 simultaneous downloads, 2 uploads to same host

Lockscreen & Status bar

• More optimisation for lockscreen charging animation

Camera

• Added support for Front Facing Camera (FFC) on I9000 and Nexus S

Backup

• Added local backup can now backup alarm clock settings
• Added local backup system settings options including SMS and Contacts settings
• Optimised local data recovery and desktop layout recovery
• Optimised the progress bar status. bar would not remove after successful completion
• App restore quits unexpectedly with FC, issue resolved

Other

• Calendar repaired lunar leap month showed wrong details

As always the changelog is subject to change, there is one more day of BETA testing to go. Hopefully more fixes will be added to the list before Friday so please make sure to bookmark this weeks changelog and share it but please give credit to the source of the English (Translated by hand) change log.

Ach ja...habe einen etwas skurrilen Vergleich angestellt:

1) Iphone 3G 16 GB mit schnellster Firmware und Jailbreak
2) Stein mit CM 7 und Script und OC 1000 / 62
3) Miuistein mit 1.5.6 und später auch 1.5.13 @ 900 / 62 und Script (special eybee1970 - Mod)

Alles habe ich je einen Tag getestet und kann aus meiner Erfahrung heraus folgendes berichten:

Das alte Iphone stinkt in Punkto Funktionalität und Performance sowohl gegen CM 7 als auch gegen Miui ab. Man hört ja immer, die Iphones wären so toll, aber ich kann nichts dergleichen bestätigen...schlechteres Wlan, Langsame Apps und träges System . Zudem ständig Problenme mit Whatsapp und games.

CM 7 war okay, jedoch zu speicherhungrig - ständig war ich am Limit, hackeln ab 2-3 parallelen Anwendungen (Musik, trillian und Tapatalk waren schon zu viel)

Miui hat mich - nach längerem "Fremdgehen" wieder überzeugt - gute Performance, bei mir bis auf das Problem mit Iphone -Theme sehr zuverlässig und bugfrei und keinerlei Probleme.


Fazit: Miui flutscht dank den unermüdlichen Bemühungen unseres Moderators eybee wie eine Eins - danke für diese Leistung . Ich hatte Hoffnung schon aufgegeben, dass es mal ein Miui auf Basis von Gingerbread geben würde, bei dem die Leistung wirklich passt

Der Vergleich mit dem IPhone war einfach nur, um mich als androidianer davon zu überzeugen, dass unser Weg trotz geschlossenem Bootloader, aller Widrigkeiten und der ganzen Tüftelei der richtige ist - wir sollten weiter gehen. Der Stein ist noch lange nicht tot.

ich hab mal ne frage:
Kann man das Standard sms Icon auch für handcent benutzen, also das handcent geöffnet wird? ich finde das Icon der Standard sms passt besser zum Rest kann mir da einer helfen, oder ist das nicht möglich?

Edit: ansonsten find ich die rom am Besten, läuft super stabil

Also ich habs aus dem Forum und nich direkt mit der Thema App. Wenn ich beim Theme hinzufügen den Haken aus Thema nehme und den Rest lasse, dann kann ich normal in die Einstellungen.

Kann es an meinem geänderten Theme liegen, wenn mein Milestone wirklich recht wenig Speicher übrig hat und außerdem öfter lagged?

Ich habe mir ein wunderschönes Theme heruntergeladen, aber es brauchte beim Herunterladen schon 18MB - jetzt wäre ja recht logisch, anzunehmen, dass die Icons und Fonts einfach recht raumgreifend sind...

Dann werde ich das mal in Angriff nehmen...

Edit: Es scheint, das Buuf-Theme, das einfach SUPER aussieht, reduziert wirklich massiv die Performance meines Milestones. Ist das möglich!? Es ist ein Trauerspiel, es ist wirklich WUNDERschön.

Wollte nochmal was positives zum akku verbrauch berichten.
War 3h bike gps tracking an und noch länger mp3 via BT gehört .minus 50% mit dem orginal 1400 mah akku
Finde ich total super, das ging sonst nur mit dem 1800mah akku

Nur die musi via Bt hack ab und zu wenns gps an ist, mal schauen wie das weggeht

Hast Du den richtigen Fix installiert? Mit einem nur eine Woche älteren war es bei mir das Gleiche.
