If you Unlocked your Bootloader via HTCDev.com, then you need to extract the Boot Image from Cool-ROM.zip and flash it via fastboot "fasboot flash boot boot.img"

Instructions:
1. Make sure you are running the correct firmware
2. Boot into recovery
3. Nandroid/Backup Current ROM
4. Flash Cool_ROM.zip

Cool_Rom.zip automatically format & align your system & cache partitions.

Habe es gerade fertig geflasht, sollte aber nichts Außergwöhnliches sein..

Aber vielleicht entwickelt es sich ja noch.

Servus -
ich hab sie vor dem Reinstellen hier auch geflasht - was mir aufgefallen ist, ist zunächst mal die wesentlich schlankere ROM - mit der das one X gut umgehen kann. Sie ist also sehr schnell was mir gut gefällt.
An die rund 260MB wurden vom Ersteller gelöscht. Akku wird sich in den nächsten Tagen weisen...und ja - ausbaufähige ROM!

Wer Wert auf eine schlanke schnelle ROM legt, ist mit dieser gut beraten!
