Flash using the official M8 TWRP Custom Recovery

Installation:

Du musst dein Bootloader über htcdev.com entsperren und ein custom Recovery installiert haben. -> Anleitung

1. Downloaded das gewünschte Rom und kopiert die Rom.zip auf euer Telefon.
2. Rebootet in das Recovery Menü und führt ein "full-wipe" durch (Wipe -> dalvik cache, cache, data & system)
3. Installiert das Rom (Install -> rom.zip aussuchen)
4. Startet das Telefon neu und hochgefahren ist
5. Telefon einrichten

Lollipop

Du musst deine Firmware aktualisieren, um diese Rom nutzen zu können. Dieser Vorgang setzt S-OFF voraus!
