About Oxygen
(I'm tempted to put a sarcastic answer here lol?) Oxygen ROM is an AOSP source built ROM (ie. not a mod of any sense based ROM), it's minimal, it's superfast and mostly bugfree.

As Oxygen is not a mod/port of any HTC/CyanogenMod or any other ROM and may not be to everyones liking, it's minimalistic and basic but I'm open to ideas and suggestions for improving the ROM.

Requirements

• Amon-RA/ClockworkMod recovery to flash the ROM.

Features

• Android v2.3.1 built from AOSP
• Linux kernel v2.6.35.9
• Latest Google Apps
• Superuser
• Busybox
• Zeam Launcher

Some of the additional features are listed below.

• Ability to add/remove silent mode
• Ability to download any file type
• Ability to kill apps by long press back
• Customizable power widget
• FM Radio
• Legacy A2SD with support for EXT2/3/4
• Reboot menu
• Skip tracks with long press volume up/down
• Status bar power widget (not available in Gingerbread release yet)
• Support for connecting to Adhoc wifi networks
• Menu wake and unlock
• Trackball wake (not available in Gingerbread release yet)
• Improved widget picker
• Various other tweaks and features

Installation

• Perform a wipe of /data and /cache if coming from any other ROM
• Download and install the ROM via recovery as you would any other ROM

Upgrading
No wipe is explicitly required when upgrading to another version of this ROM, however if you are moving from another ROM or if you do encounter issues of any kind, it is recommended that you wipe your device and reproduce the issue before raising it here.

Im vergleich zu anderen GB Roms ist diese eindeutig die beste!

Kann mir bitte jemand verraten ob es möglich ist, das News&Weather Widget in das Rom einzufügen? Ohne die App kann und will ich mir kein Rom vorstellen!

ich hatte probleme mit titanium backup. tb hat keine root-rechte bekommen. durch flashen der neusten frojo super user version gings dann. http://bit.ly/su2361ef

Habs getestet und muss sagen: wow, läuft schon jetzt sehr gut, es funktioniert ja im Prinzip alles. Nur die Animationen noch nicht, aber die kann man ja erst mal noch ausschalten.

Habe ich gemacht - klappt weder, indem ich die apk in system/app schiebe und das rom flashe, noch indem ich das genie.apk in ein zip schiebe und so flashe (danke nochmal an cargo!).

Ich würde das Rom wirklich gerne installieren, aber ohne genie ist das nichts für mich. Hat das vielleicht jemand von euch erfolgreich hinbekommen?

Genau so schlecht. Das Programm wird sofort wieder beendet.

Habe nochmal ein anderes Genial-Widget geflashed. Jetzt klappt es (ist sogar die transparente Version!) - endlich!!!

läuft ziemlich gut
habs gestern abend geflasht root muss man aber downloaden ging bei mir nur vom link in diesem thread vom market gibts probleme!
jetzt geht auch titanium. einfach genial. man merkt nix von wegen beta. startet schnell. alles geht soweit. den rest werde ich testen.
bis jetzt bin ich zufrieden.

ihr solltet aber aufpassen bei den xda's gibts auch eine version bei der man angeblich das recovery zerstört! die aktuelle test 4 hab ich mir geflasht, da ist alles soweit ok.
