Welcome to the "Energy" ROM thread !


This development thread is for my "Energy" custom firmware series for the HTC DesireHD !

I build my ROMs with four main goals.

• Eye candy ( I want my ROM to look great and for it to all flow together nicely)
• Speed !!!
• Smoothness, consistency and good aesthetics
• Stability through private beta testing before public release

I preconfigure a lot of things in my ROM, because when I flash it on my phone, I want it ready to go. So, the ringtone, sms/email and other notifications to already be set. Doing it this way, makes for a nice ROM that's ready out of the box.


ROM Features

• Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread)
• Rosie transparency... modded
• Blue overscroll
• Blue highlights instead of green
• Deodexed, zipaligned, tweaked
• Extra Quick Settings
• Improved SD card read ahead
• Busybox + runparts, TitaniumBackup
• Zipaligned
• Zipaligns apk's at boot
• A few HTC Apps removed, like HTC Navigation and some widgets
• A lot of junk removed
• Updated hosts file for ad removal
• A lot more stuff... check the changelog below
• Fast... Stable.. and GREAT battery life

Ich habe es noch nicht drauf! Kenne aber die Roms damals von meiner HD2 Zeit! Daher habe ich es auch hier gespottet da es der erste ROM von NRGZ28 für das DHD ist! Die HD2 Roms wahren sehr gut (schaut mal was geschrieben wird bei XDA ... )!

Habe es seit ca. 3 Stunden drauf. Bisher ist mir noch nix negatives aufgefallen ... (war aber auch nicht anders zu erwarten)

PLEASE NOTE:

This post was carried over from the Inspire thread...I posted there as soon as NRGZ28 opened the thread. The ROM in this thread IS MADE for the Desire HD!

I am not a DHD user, but have started a "bug report" section in the Inspire thread, so I thought I would accumulate the early bugs here for the DHD for NRGZ28's review. It will be easier to accumulate the "bugs" here for our Chef...so let me know if something needs to be added.

Bug Report:

1. HD Video Orientation Playback in HTC Gallery - Please see this post for explanation and fix. (thanks vitodecataldo!)
2. Music App misaligned controls and phone branding error for DHD - Listed here for NRGZ28 to review; see this post.
   The misalignment does appear to be a problem on the Inspire, too. There is a "workaround" for now. The misalignment appears to be on the "HTC" skin (Menu, Personalize, Skin). If you choose the "Blue Sky" skin or the "Burgundy" skin, the misalignment error will be gone. You can then reapply NRGZ28's wallpaper (Menu, Personalize, Wallpaper, HTC Wallpapers) if you want the wallpaper back after changing the skin.

Please use General forum / Energy ROM Feedback to report bugs with current ROMs, but make sure to include the DEVICE and ROM you're currently using in the bug report, otherwise it'll be useless to me.

• Fixed calculator huge digits issue

Kann mir vielleicht jemand sagen wo ich das Hintergrund Bild bekomme was auch im 1. Post zu sehen ist, oder könnte es jemand aml anhängen.
Oder finde ich es irgend wo in der ZIP wenn ja wo????
Hatte das Rom lange drauf mir aber das Bild nicht gesichert

Hallo

Habe de letzte Version drauf, und habe folgendes Problem.
Kann mein Headset mit dem DHD koppelt auch Gespräche an nehmen oder ein auch Wahlwiederholung vom Headset aus machen, aber ich höre nichts, das selbe hatte ich auch mit einer älteren Version.
Kann mir da jemand helfen????
gibt es da vielleicht ein Fix für????

• Trimmed the ROM some more
• Fixed Camera issues
• Tweaks default autobrightness lowest value to a little higher
• Updated graphics with ICS components
• Rebased entire ROM for more stability

Wo bekomme ich denn nen neuen Kernel her? Wenn ich mein WLAN aktivieren will kommt immer nur "fehler" die Kontakte sind aber sauber und die Kernel liste hier im Forum fürs dhd hat keine downloadbare Sense 3.5 Kernel
