Eigentlich reicht der Kernel der bei CM7 dabei ist aber der LordMod Kernel hat die ein oder andere Zusatzoption. Was der Kernel alles kann steht in dem XDA Thread.

Flashen geht ganz einfach.
- Zip runterladen (MD5 Summe prüfen)
- auf die SD Karte packen
- Nandroid
- und dann einfach in der Recovery installieren

Cache und Dalvik aber vorher wipen ;-) mit dem Lord mod cfs bin ich immer sehr gut gefahren

Also ich habe jetzt 7.2.0 RC drauf. Soweit auch ganz gut.

Aber: in GoogleTalk geht bei mir Voice und VideoChat nicht mehr.
Skype funktioniert auch nicht richtig. Hat da jemand anderes auch Erfahrungen?

Könnte das Flashen von Lord mod was bringen?

Aber wie gesagt: Ich bastel gerade nen neuen Build, eventuell behebt der das. Denn das die Systemuhr der VM auf 5. Januar stand bedeutet, das sie das auch schon beim letzten Build tat, den ich am 8.1. compiliert hab.

Kann ich den neuen Build von dir einfach flashen oder ist wieder fullwipe erforderlich?

Da die Änderungen nicht groß sind reicht flashen, wie bei den nightlies. Ich hab wie gesagt keine Ahnung das GTalk Voicechat können soll. Videochat hab ich gehört, aber Voicechat...

Mir is grad noch ne Idee gekommen, wegen nicht funktionierendem Voice/Videochat in Gtalk: Vielleicht habe ich die "falschen" Gapps geflasht?! Habe nämlich auch keine GMail App drauf (der Market funktioniert aber tadellos).
Kann ich einfach nachträglich noch mal die Gapps flashen? Welche soll ich am besten nehmen?

Gmail ist bei GApps nicht dabei.. Google mal nach droid load Gmail da findest du die aktuellste Gmail.

Gtalk mit Voice Chat bekommst du wenn du über Rom Manager die neusten GApps installierst und einen haken bei experimentell gtalk machst... Aber das hat bei mir nie richtig funktioniert nur an und wann ;-)

Du kannst auch einfach bei Google nach Google Mail app suchen am Handy und dann dort den Market-Link mit dem Market öffnen, dann kannst gmail ganz normal installen...

Ach ja, die Google Apps die ich bei mir geflasht habe, sind auch nicht mehr ganz taufrisch (26.10.2011) - aber da via Market ja Updates für die Apps verfügbar sind ist mir das Brot.

GMail APK gibbes z.B. hier:

Ist zwar (derzeit) nicht topaktuell die Seite, danach kann man aber über den Market updaten.

Wo hast du das ICS Theme her? Hätte das auch gerne

Gtalk mit Voice Chat bekommst du wenn du über Rom Manager die neusten GApps installierst und einen haken bei experimentell gtalk machst... Aber das hat bei mir nie richtig funktioniert nur an und wann ;-)

Der Trick is auch mir neu, da ich den ROM-Manager nie benutze. Ich benutze ausschließlich "4EXT Recovery Control".

Ich habe mir den Rom Manager im Market heruntergeladen. Wenn ich ihn öffne, meint er immer CWM sei nicht installiert (dabei komme ich ja über die Recovery in CWN rein). Soll ich das dann einfach noch mal installieren? Sonst kann ich ja keine GApps flashen.
Hm, vielleicht lag es auch an wenig aktuellen Gapps. Die von der Cyanogenmod Seite waren von August 2011. Wo gibts sonst aktuellere?


Noch was anderes: Wie kann ich den Lockscreen so modifizieren, dass er z.B. bei einem verpassten Anruf gleich anzeigt, wer angerufen hat bzw. wie oft. Dasselbe am besten auch für SMS. Muss ich dazu ne App wie WidgetLocker Lockscreen installieren oder kann das CM7 + ADW von Haus aus?

ROM Manager benutze ich nich, ihn aber nochmal flashen lassen sollte kein Problem sein.

Hdpi ist für höhere Auflösung. Das DHD hat mdpi afaik

AFAIK ist HDMI ab 800x480. MDPI für 480x320.
