Das Pure Nexus Project hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, unser Nexus 5X mit einer Rom zu begeistern, die einerseits durch Stabilität und andererseits durch Features glänzt. Dabei wird die von Google vorgegebene Linie weiter verfolgt. Wenn du nach einer zuverlässigen und stabil laufenden Rom suchst und auch das ein oder andere Feature nicht missen magst, bist du hier goldrichtig! (frei übersetzt aus dem OP im XDA-Thread)

Hatte sie schon mal drauf. Lief absolut flüssig und man hat sehr viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Und ja, es ist generell wenig los um das 5x.Auch bei xda.

Habe die Rom installiert und funktioniert auch. Nach ein paar Einstellungen war die APP nicht mehr zu sehen und auch supersu ist als APP verschwunden. Funktioniert aber alles kann nur die Rom nicht mehr einstellen. Jemand eine Idee?

Läuft schneller und flüssiger als die Stock Rom.

This release adds a ton of new features and fixs Enjoy if you have had any issues with previous builds it is recomended to clean flash!!!

Also flashable vendor zips have been deprecated as twrp now lets you flash the image itself. if you havent updated to twrp 3.0 do it now

hallo ich sehe bei Google Plus sehr viel zu dieser Rom.Ich bin auch sehr begeistert da ich ich sie auf dem Nexus 5 testen tue.
Ich würde sie auch gerne auf dem Nexus 5X laufen lassen nur traue ich mich nicht.
Ich möchte allerdings keinen Factory Reset machen.
Das heißt ich muss die ROM dirty flashen nur weiß ich nicht ob die Xposed Tools stören oder einen Bootloop hervorrufen?

Da die Cataclysm Rom nicht mehr geupdatet wird, habe ich vor die Pure Nexus zu flashen. Was hat es denn mit den Dynamic Gapps und dem Vendor Image auf sich?

Ich hab mich an die Anleitung aus dem XDA-Thread gehalten.
Hier auch nochmal der Link zur Installationsanleitung: Installation Guide
Ich habe auch die Dynamic Gapps aus dem Thread installiert. Ein paar Google Apps musste man noch im Playstore nachladen, ich weiß aber grad nicht mehr welche das waren. Das meiste war aber dabei.
Für die aktuelle Pure Nexus Version vom 07.04. brauchst du die vendor.img-Datei aus der Factory Rom von Google. Einfach die aktuelle Version (MHC19Q) hier herunterladen und entpacken. Dann per fastboot oder TWRP das Vendor Image flashen. Nützliche Infos dazu gibts auch nochmal hier unter Punkt 3.5.

Sonst kann ich die PureNexus nur empfehlen. Bin auf der Layers Version seit März, als ich das N5X bekommen habe und es läuft super smooth und absolut stabil. Ich hatte bis jetzt noch kein einziges Problem. Dazu hab ich den ElementalX Kernel installiert, um die Vibration bei Touch weit runterschrauben zu können. Auch die Akkulaufzeit ist super, wobei mir da der eigenen Vergleich fehlt, weil ich nur einen Tag lang das Factory Image installiert hatte.

möchte gerne von CM13 auf die PureNexus umsteigen. Muss ich unbedingt die große dynamic Gapps installieren oder kann ich auch die pico open Gapps nehmen?


P.S. Die aktuellen Nightlys von CM sind mir einfach zu buggy.
