hmn muss mal den 0.25 flashen.
Hatte mit dem 0.24 sonst alles Stock nur 3h Dot (7% üprig), keine Games & Double Tab war nur 20Min an. Net grad der Knaller mMn.

Das ging jetzt aber flott, heute morgen Version 0.25 und jetzt schon 0.26

Minor update. I installed cyanogenmod and found I needed to change some lines for the C2 and C3 states. This meant updating the installer process, so as with 0.25, this is still in the testing phase.

Habe jetzt auch mal den 26er zur Nightmare DU installiert. Schauen wir mal, wie er sich schlägt. Läuft zumindest alles sehr flüssig bisher.

Bin echt begeistert von diesem kernel.
Im Vergleich zum Franco läuft er bei mir merklich besser.
Jedoch bekommt ich das ding nicht zum booten wenn ich beim installieren UV einstelle.

Mache ich das nach dem booten per trickster geht das bis -750mV ohne Stabilitätsverlust....

Wo liegt der Unterschied zwischen normal und express?

Ich möchte mir den Kernel anstelle des franco für CM flashen, in der Hoffnung, dass er höhere Taktraten und mehr Leistung hat (franco und CM Stock Kernel lassen die CPU nicht mal auf die vollen 2,3GHz kommen bei Antutu, dazu erreiche ich mit franco wesentlich weniger fps beim 3D Benchmark von Antutu).
Für Apps reicht zwar auch die geringere Leistung, aber es geht ums Prinzip - schließlich habe ich ja für die Mehrleistung bezahlt.

Das schreibt der Dev dazu:

I need a few people to test out the new installers. I made the express installer smarter: it can now see all of your previous installation options (including max freqs, uv, thermal and bus overclock). But I need people to install with different options, with different ROMs, etc. because I can't test every scenario myself.

Only advanced users should install 0.27 until it's fully tested.

You should use the full installer the first time you install 0.27 in order to get the new config file (unless you just want default options). The 0.27 express installer will ignore your elementalx.conf from versions 0.26 and earlier, giving you defaults instead.

The way this works is /etc/elementalx.conf is copied to your sdcard every boot, so your current options are always saved on the sdcard. The location is /sdcard/.elementalx.conf. This is where the express installer will look to get your options.


The only other change on this one is for audio stuff. I added all the CAF updates. Please let me know how that works. I think it should be fully compatible with stock-based and cm-based ROMs.

Durch die neuen audio libs kommt es wohl zu Problemen mit der Stock ROM, da sich bei mir die Lautstärke nicht mehr verändern ließ und immer auf maximal gestellt blieb, also für mich wieder zurück zu 0.26. Wer CyanogenMod 11 benutzt, sollte laut Dev keine Probleme haben.

Das Problem mit der Lautstärke kann ich bestätigen, allerdings war das Problem nach neu Installation der Musik App behoben.
