* Completely renewed CPU-Boost code
* CPU-Boost now runs on load-based sync which means it is tightly integrated with task scheduler.
* Task scheduler is made aware of CPU stats, so boost applied is directly proportional to load on your device.
* Similar to input event boost, added hotplug boost to CPU boost control.
* Rewrite suspend-resume for MSM Hotplug and added "Suspend Defer Time" Read more in NXTweaks app.
* Fixed an internal minor bug with intelli hotplug for touch boost.
* Reverted recent SMP updates.
* "Boosted CPUs" in MSM Hotplug is now "Touch Boosted CPUs" which means CPUs will be boosted only when touch event
is detected.
* Many fixes to CPU-Boost code.
* Add "min_cpus_online" control for MSM Hotplug to NXTweaks. Performance profile has this value set to 2 and rest profiles to 1.
This parameter sets how many CPUs needs to be online all the time when not suspended.
(If there is no load on device, min_cpus_online will be idle but still online)

Heute mal ein Testbuild da man mit dem Sound nicht so zufrieden war.

It has little muddy sound for me with DSP Manager.
I did some tests and found below:
On suspend, all sibling CPUs turn off completely and only CPU0 is online handling load.
So, there maybe a case where load is too much while music is playing in backend. In such case, a small audio glitch occurs.
How did I came to this conclusion? I tested with different governors, different max-min frequencies, different hotplug drivers.
Only thing that helped is Cyanogenmod Hotplug driver which is mpdecision hotplug that doesn't turn off all sibling cores while suspend.

Hence, if you are still hearing small glitch with below test build.... try CM Hotplug and report back!
I will enhance controls for MSM and Intelli Hotplug in next nightly so that we can use without any issue.

As I mentioned in post before - we will also need to update device tree policies/configs/libs to get more out of recent updates,
I have uploaded a modified audio policy (flashable) which integrates new sample rates, formats and devices.
Some part of update can be noop but we need to make sure it breaks nothing which is working great without this update. We will merge other configs and libs gradually later.
