@ssauger: Hast du den Kernel im Einsatz? Auch mal paar Spiele gespielt o.ä., was das Handy länger durchweg belastet? Wie sehr heiß wirds denn? Große Unterschiede bzgl. der Wärme zu anderen Kerneln?
Mir gruselt es etwas, dass franco die Temperatur, ab der die CPU runtergeregelt wird, um satte 20 Grad angehoben hat :S

Sorry zu spät gelesen. Ich spiele im Moment nur Angry Birds Space, dass dann aber gern mal bis zu einer Stunde und das N4 wurde keinesfalls wärmer im Vergleich zum Stock Kernel. Bin mit dem Franco Kernel vollstens zufrieden und empfinde auch eine Steigerung der Akkuleistung (Dauer) z.B. beim browsen oder im Idle. Jetzt ist auch seine App für das N4 kompatibel, werde ich mir gleich zulegen

Edit: die Temperaturschwelle wurde meines Wissens nur an die vom Optimus 4G angepasst, das sind 6 °C.

/sys/class/timed_output/vibrator/amp
in dem File den Wert auf 70 abspeicher und es ist wieder normal. Aber muss nach jedem Neustart erneut geändert werden.

Fsync ist standardmäßig an (mit der App, mit der du auch einstellen kannst).

* Patched Interactive governor to the latest Google's version from android-3.4 repo (roughly 10 patches available on my github)
* Made Interactive default (we don't have mpdecision anymore so we're unconstrained and free to use other governors)
* Interactive settings: hispeed_freq is set to 702MHz (its an intermediate frequency the governor ramps to in case it needs some extra cpu power before ramping to the max, thus saving some battery preventing the device to ramp to max if its not needed) with a 60% load

r13:
* Fix a random reboot that triggered randomly while using the device. I suspect it was caused because one of the latest interactive patches it makes it use a realtime thread for the frequency up ramps and maybe it causes a conflict with the mutex_lock & mutex_unlock (Kernel synchronization mechanism) calls in the msm_target function (Qualcomm architecture cpu drivers). Should be ok now

Man könnte hinzufügen das mit seiner Kernel App immer die letzte nightly etc. Geladen werden kann und dort auch Vibration und Frequenzen etc. Einstellen kann

Der Akku hält mit r13 richtig gut. Im Standby zieht es so gut wie nix.

* Improved Thalamus Hotplug routines timings: Increase sampling time to decrease the number of onlines/offlines; tweak the values for onlining and offlining a single core; instead of staying 2 seconds without offlining cores (after they are either all online or it called boostpulse), they now stay for 5 seconds to reduce onlining/offlining, and it also provides a bigger boost if the device needs that extra burst of performance power for at least those 5 seconds.
* Increased interactive hispeed_freq to 1026MHz
* Tweaked gamma values a little bit by reverting one of Google's previous patches - whites look whiter, yellows and greens are a little bit less strong. Overall in my opinion it looks much more vivid.

Die Gamma Correction des r14 gefällt mir sehr gut (Bild ist weniger milchig, verwaschen), auch sind die msm wakelocks im Vergleich zum Matrix Kernel deutlich zurückgegangen.
