Hi, ich hab die Rom installiert wie vorgegeben 3x, aber dennoch bekomme ich unregelmäßiege reboots und im Ota Menü steht mit rot geschrieben das nicht erkannt werden kann ob es eine neue Version gibt.
Ich habe das auch auf dem S3 installiert und dort funktioniert SlimKat wunderbar

Bei mir läuft die 4.2 wunderbar bis auf den oTa und Video preview Bug!

Keine Ahnung, drücke auf den Button Download mp4 , tylog kümmert sich und macht so wie er grad sagt ein testbuild für mich!

Halli hallo,

ich hätte mal eine Frage bezüglich der Performance von Slim Kat.
Bisher lief bei allen Versionen die ich bisher hatte (4.2, 4.3 und 4.4) das System rund, hatte keine Hänger und ist einfach nur mega genial
Irgendwann kam aber immer der Punkt, an dem es schlagartig haklig wurde, leider weiß ich aber auch nie woran das liegt. In irgendeiner Weise muss es im Zusammenhang mit veränderten Apps/Kernel/... stehen.
Wie kann man man herausfinden woran es liegt? Ich habe spaßeshalber die Rom ein paar mal neu geflasht, einen neuen Kernel probiert, etc. ... im Hintergrund laufen auch nur 2 zusätzliche Prozesse (Facebook und Whatsapp laut Taskmanager), welche aber auch liefen als Slim Kat noch weich wie Butter war.
Ein Werksreset hilft an der Stelle immer wieder, aber irgendwan gelange ich immer zu dem Punkt, an dem es hakelig wird und ich möchte nicht immer alles neu flashen und einrichten... hat da jemand eine Idee wie man vorgehen könnte?

Hm, bei mir keine Probleme, habe allerdings die neuen gapps in Slimkat ROM integriert und dann das ganze ROM neu geflasht.

Daten der Play-Dienste löschen, "Update", es scheint wieder zu gehen.

Aber schon seltsam.

Wurden ja verschiedene Sachen upgedated (auch zugehörige lib-Dateien), vielleicht gabs da Problem zwischen alten und neuen Dateien. Gut wenns jetzt wieder geht.
