What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps. Anyway to get a working system I' ve added some changes from CyanogenMod and Codeaurora.
Please do not ask for features to be added because we're not going to add more to keep this ROM small, fast and pure.

Installation
TWRP Recovery v3.0.0-0 with F2FS support (JDC Themed) is suggested for installation

Device variants supported:In this first alpha we support only international variants, cdma won't work, don't try to flash it, i already know what' s the problem but i need a little bit of time for fix it

AT&T and Verizon users: since your bootloader is locked, you must be on the UCUAMDB or UCUAMDL bootloader if you own an AT&T phone, otherwise if Verizon you must be on the VRUAMDK bootloader in order to use this ROM. Do getprop ro.bootloader in Terminal Emulator or through ADB shell to find out which bootloader you have

First time or clean install:

1. 
   
   
   • Download the ROM from the link above
   • Download GApps package for Nougat 7.0
   • Download ThemeReady GApps package for N arm
   • Put the zip files on your SDCard
   • Reboot in Recovery
   • Wipe Data / Factory Reset
   • Optional: convert to F2FS
   • Select "Install zip from SDCard"
   • Choose AOSP ROM zip file
   • Choose GApps zip file
   • Choose TBO GApps zip file (needed for complete theming of some Gapps with OMS overlays)
   • Flash
   • Reboot system

   • If you do not have the Gapps package, download here
   • If you desire theming also gapps, download ThemeReady GApps package for N arm

   • Choose AOSP ROM zip file

NOTE: This ROM is dex-preoptimized, so do not wipe cache and Dalvik after rom + gapps flash!

First boot after install/update takes a while, wait at least 5 minutes for it to boot.

erster Tag unter Android N verlief recht stabil , hatte nur einen Absturz beim telefonieren .
Doppelte Symbole des Vibratiosalarm sowie des Weckers in der Statusleiste, welche wo wir gerade dabei sind auch noch nicht angepasst werden kann .
Dokumentenübersicht kann ich leider auch nicht öffnen , hatte auch Bilder für euch.
Akku Verbrauch ist bei mir noch nicht so toll , nfc spinnt wohl etwas und ließ sich bei mir auch nicht deaktivieren.

Die Übersicht der Einstellung wurden überarbeitet und verfügen nun über eine Seitenleiste die sich beim wischen vom linken Bildschirmrand zur Mitte hin einblenden lässt , oder für Weicheier über die drei Striche in der linken oberen Ecke .
Auch die Schnellwahl in der Benachrichtigungsübersicht wurde angepasst.
Damit bin ich auch fürs erste durch.
Für eine Alpha echt der Wahnsinn und für süchtige Flasher absolut Pflicht

Schicke Rom, aber bevor ich sie installiere - hab ich eine Frage zu:

Wo ist der Unterschied bei beiden, und benötigt man jene unbedingt? Ich würde gerne jenes Stock lassen, ohne das eine extra Themenengine jetzt dafür eingepflegt wird (sofern ich das richtig verstanden habe?)

Ich habe auch nur die open gapps 7 Pico installiert , läuft auch .
Die Aroma ist mit Installer wo du dann wahrscheinlich auch wählen kannst ob du nano pico oder was auch immer möchtest und was für Apps speziell.
Da hast du normalerweise alles in einem Paket und dementsprechend groß ist dann die Datei

Bluetooth funktioniert zwar beim Pairing und ich kann auch das Telefon damit steuern, durch mein Headset kommt allerdings kein Ton.
Das Problem hatte ich vorher nicht, mir ist allerdings auch vorher schon aufgefallen das das Display immer unwahrscheinlich heiß wird wenn Bluetooth an ist, konnte aber nicht feststellen ob es direkt am Bluetooth liegt.
Habe nur oft bemerkt das sich das Display in der Tasche einfach angeschaltet hat und auch nicht mehr von alleine auszugehen schien.
Habe dann immer den Ofen in meiner Tasche bemerkt.
Denke mal da stimmt was mit dem Proximity Sensor nicht, bei der Prüfung funktionierte dieser aber immer korrekt.

Negativ. Keine Neue Version draussen. Was gestern raus kam war ein neuer Stock Kernel aber KEINE NEUE FIRMWARE VERSION

ROM läuft soweit wie gehabt, keine Abstürze.

Batterie Life ist meines Erachtens ein bisschen schwächer als bei MM, aber nicht wirklich groß negativ.
Dafür ist sie um einiges flüssiger. Bootvorgang (nach der 1.Einrichtung) geht extremst flüssig. Bin dort teilweise bei 10-20Sekunden - oft darunter.

Das Gröbste, was mir negativ ins Auge gefallen ist (und ich nicht weiß woran dies liegt) > Swypen mit der Tastatur funktioniert leider bei mir bisher nicht, trotz offizieller GApps.

Werde bei Gegebenheit wohl bald mal das offizielle GoogleKeyboard installieren - in der Hoffnung, das dies was bringt.

Ansonsten hoffe ich das bald jemand Cyanogen14 released. Bisher ist es dort ja verdächtig ruhig (leider).

Ist die schon stabil genug für den Alltag? Hast du mal getestet wie sie läuft bei einem Spiel das den Arbeitsspeicher stark belastet?

Ich finde sie für den Alltagsgebrauch sehr stabil. Hatte mit dieser bisher noch keinen Absturz (in meiner Art der Benutzung. Surfen, Musik hören, Internet surfen, Youtube schauen, telefonieren, schreiben = alles in Ordnung.

Wie es mit Bluetooth aussieht, kann ich nicht sagen, da ich BT nicht nutze.
GPS funktioniert aber bei mir in den Apps (Maps & von einer SocialCommunity) ohne Probleme.

Spieletechnisch kann ich wenig zu sagen, weil ich relativ wenig spiele - hatte aber mal folgende Spiele die Tage getestet und alle liefen soweit normal. Ob jene schneller/langsamer als unter CM13 sind, kann ich leider nicht sagen - da kein Bechnmarks je gemacht. Laufen aber für mich normal bzw. mit gefühlten stabilen Bildraten:

Subway Surfers, Leps World 3, Traffic Racer, Family Guy Missionssuche, Futurama, Talkin Tom Gold Racing

PS: VideoRecording soll zumindest laut XDA mit der eingebauten Camera nicht funktionieren. Soll aber laut XDA Thread angeblich angeblich mit 3.Apps gehen. Da ich das nicht nutze, kann ich dies aber nicht bestätigen
