Von GB 2.3.x/Samsung Firmware kommend:

1. CM von HIER runterladen, EXTRAordinary aus diesem Thread hier runterladen; Gapps runterladen.
2. Daten sichern (Apps z.B. mit Titanium, SMS-Backup etc.)
3. Boot ins Recovery/CWM
4. Backup anlegen !!!
5. Wipe data/factory reset (damit werden Apps & Einstellungen gelöscht)
6. Wipe cache partition
7. Advanced -> Wipe dalvik cache
8. Mounts and storage -> Format /system
9. install ZIP from SDCard
10. CyanogenMod-ZIP auswählen (könnte etwas dauern - falls es sehr schnell geht [also ca. 5 Sekunden oder schneller] die CyanogenMod-ZIP nochmal flashen. Schritt 9 & 10 dreimal wiederholen!)
11. Gapps flashen
12. dann Reboot system auswählen, abwarten, Google-Account einrichten (aber keine Backups wiederherstellen)

Jetzt solltest du ein funktionierendes aber nacktes CyanogenMod haben, das jetzt direkt wieder platt gemacht wird. EXTRAordinary installierst du nun wie folgt...

1. Reboot ins Recovery/CWM
2. Wipe data/factory reset (damit werden Apps & Einstellungen gelöscht)
3. Wipe cache partition
4. Advanced -> Wipe dalvik cache
5. Mounts and storage -> Format /system
6. install ZIP from SDCard
7. EXTRAordinary ZIP-Datei auswählen
8. Gapps flashen
9. Reboot system (dauert etwas)

Von ICS/JB kommend:

1. Reboot ins Recovery/CWM
