Open VPN und BusyBoy installieren

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade OpenVPN und BusyBox auf meinem HTC Desire zu installieren. Wenn ich den BusyBox installer laufen lasse kommt immer:

Status: Waiting
Your phone is rooted
Amount of free spaxe in /System: 524kb
Not enough space to install busybox to /system, we need at least 1000kb free
BusyBox was not found.
---

Ich versteh das nicht was ist genau das Problem?
Und ich brauche ja BusyBox um OpenVPN zu installieren.
Kann mir jemand helfen?

Lad dir mal Titanium Backup runter und installier das.
Denn dieses installiert Busy Box gleich mit und das auch richtig.

Hab mal gelesen, dass es so oft Probleme gibt.

Also das mit TitaniumBackup hat nicht funktioniert. Gibt es noch eine andere Möglichkeit BusyBox zu installieren???
